Happy Monday noizers. How's your weekend? Last night, after visiting a Christmas display somewhere in Shatin HK, I came across a Taiwanese snacks shop and got hooked by the taro desserts on the menu. Instead of going back home, I dined in and tried this one 😁 It's a taro ice cream with red beans, taro and mango balls, some glutinous rice, and coconut milk. Yummy 😋
