It's hard when you feel that way. First of all, find out the reason why you are depressed. Then try confide to a trusted person, tell them about your feelings and avoid negative thoughts too.
Negative thoughts always goes to my mind lately. I've been contemplating the past and regret my mistakes back then. My failures made me this way. I'm tired mentally and physically. 😭😭

Yeah, talking it out helps even when they won't get your sentiments. The company sometimes helps but then it will always depend om the cause. I can only tell you not to go into those religious counseling because those rarely help. It would be great if you went to a real psychologist who has better knowledge on this. But then for me... distrations and therapy worked. And i got into arts because i didn't have people to talk to
I'm working abroad and I rarely talked to my friends here. If I'm stressed out from my work I have no one to talk with. This maybe the reason that I'm depressed now. Sometimes I just wrote here in readcash to release my stress.
Then you do that. Just write if it needs to be done or if you'll need someone to talk to then maybe i could hit you up? Just someone to help you brighten up your day

Tall to someone you trust. If not take your time, it won't go away that fast so don't force yourself to heal. Allow the yourself to feel the pain then think about what you want to do after feeling so low.

I've been in that situation before so I know the feeling of being locked in the darkness. I just want you to remember that you're not alone. Pray. Just PRAY. Prayer enlightens the heart and the mind.
