In this world, we all have to do work for our survival. By doing job,we can earn some money. This money fulfilled our needs. But in the third world countries, this field has some discrimination. Man and woman discrimination. There man are work able but woman are not. Because society don't wanted to send their woman out for work.
But without woman our society is not full. As they are not being involved in work, they are lagging behind day by day. For this reason, third world countries cannot improve their economy. This is high time they learned a lesson about it do something to prevent it.
But in Europe woman are independent for working. They are going out for in various field. Day by day, they are becoming rich. Which improves their country's economy. Woman have more potential than a man. Because they have to struggle much more than a man. So, which country has more working woman,that country is economically improved.
This is a world of independence. All people are independent. Woman man all are independent. So, all woman who are in behind should come forward for work and bring a better life for her. Nowadays, Europe woman are becoming successful. Company MD, manager, owner etc woman are conquering all the post. They also becoming model and promote products so that they can earn. In the government job, a good percentage of woman are working. School,college and university have more female teachers than Male teachers. So, we can see that woman empowerment is rising.
In the coming future, a country needs all the people working for their improvements. Because if half of population are idle,there will be no improvement in economically. Third world countries need to learn something from Europe and implement that in their area to encourage woman to being independent economically.
Future world will be more hard for people. So, all people needs some backup. Education will be the backup for people especially for woman. If woman became more educated,they can shine.
