Yummy Blueberry Cream Cheese Pandesal (without oven)

I just wanna share our recipe.

Bread:

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1 egg

1/8 cup vegetable oil

2 cups(+ 3tbsp) all purpose flour

3 tbsp white sugar

1 tsp instant dry yeast

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder(optional)

2 tsp violet food color(optional)

1/2 cup fine bread crumbs

Filling:

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened(more if needed) 1/4 cup white sugar(more if needed)

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 cup all purpose cream, chilled

16 tbsp Blueberry pie filling

Procedure:

1) Combine evaporated milk, egg and vegetable oil

2) In a separate bowl combine all purpose flour, white sugar, salt and cinnamon powder

3) Combine wet and dry ingredients

4) Transfer dough onto a lightly greased surface 5) optional: Cut a small portion of the dough and add violet food color

6) Knead until smooth and elastic (10-15min.)

7) Place dough onto the lightly greased bowl

8) Cover and let it rise for 1hr and 45min.(warm area)

9) Deflate the dough and stretch the dough 10)Form dough into a baton

11)Cut into 16 equal parts and shape each dough 12)Coat/dredge each dough with fine bread crumbs

13)Place dough onto a lightly greased pan 14)Cover and proof(final rise) for 1hr.

15)Preheat the improvised oven for 5-10min. over high heat

16)Sprinkle extra bread crumbs

17)Cook for 10-15min. over med. low heat

18)Cool pandesal completely and make a hole 19)Filling: Cream softened cream cheese until smooth

20)Add white sugar and vanilla essence. Mix it well and set aside

21)Whip all purpose cream until doubled in size 22)Combine whipped cream and cream cheese mixture

23)Add the filling: Cream cheese filling and blueberry pie filling
