ingredients:
3 cups grahams, crushed
1 cup Condense milk
for coating and filling:
Sprinkles
Peanuts
desiccated coconut
chocolate cocoa powder
chocolate chips
marshmallows
powdered sugar
Packaging:
small cupcake liners
Disposable clear pack
Procedure:
A.Without filling
1)Combine crushed grahams and Condense milk
Mix until well blended. *texture should not be too dry and not too wet
2)Optional: lightly grease your hands to prevent mixture from sticking onto your hands
3)Use 1 tbsp+1/2 tbsp to scoop the mixture
4)Roll it between your palms to make a small ball 5)Coat with sprinkles
B.with filling
1)use 1 tbsp + 1 tsp to scoop the mixture
2)fill it with marshmallow and close it
3)Roll it between your palms to make a small ball 4)Coat with sprinkles
5)Repeat steps for the remaining mixture
C.For Chocolate Coating:
2 cups Dark sweet chocolates, chopped
2-3 tbsp shortening, optional
1) Bring water to a simmer. *not boiling
2) place the heatproof bowl over. *bowl and ladle should be dry
3) Stir continuously until chocolate is completely melted
4) Add 2 tbsp of shortening to make the chocolate smooth. *do not add butter or water
5) Freeze Graham balls for 10 min. before coating it with melted chocolate
6) Dip Graham Balls into the melted chocolate
7) Top with sprinkles/Desiccated coconut
