Easy to make Fluffy Japanese Pancake

Another easy to make recipe to share with you guys!!! I hope you like it.

Ingredients:

2 eggs yolks

1 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

4 tbsp cake flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

3 egg whites

1/2 tsp white vinegar

1/8 cup white sugar

Procedure:

1) Combine egg yolks, milk and vanille essence

2) Add cake flour and baking powder

3) Meringue: Beat egg whites until foamy

4) Add vinegar and beat until soft peaks form

5) Gradually add white sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form

6) Gently fold meringue into the batter

7) Lightly grease the pan

8) Scoop out batter onto the pan(2-3 tbsp)

9) Drizzle 1 tbsp water onto the pan

10)Cover and cook for 5 min. over very low heat

11)Flip it over and cook for another 5 min.

12)Best Served with Maple syrup, powdered sugar, butter and fruits
