Assalamualaikum guys I hope you'll be breathing fine and doing great.

This is my first article here on this platform.

​I'm a nature lover and often try to make post that is something very useful and productive. In this way i collect some data and after a bit research I put on here. And today I'm going to discuss the benefits of Dates.

​first of all I code the Hadith of our Beloved Prophet PBUH about the dates.

Huzoorakram said: ′′ Ajwa is from the palm of Paradise, it has healing from poison :" (Ibn Al-Najar)

​Ajwa is the best type of Dates keep in mind which is found in Arab countries. According to the teachings of the Prophet Mohammed PBUH : Muslims consider fasting with dates as a reward during Iftar and now modern research also says that dates are very useful for body and health.

​​​​​​It has so many benefits but I'm discussing here few of them.

Activates the stomach

According to the research, the lazy stomach that falls due to fasting becomes active suddenly and the production of digestive enzymes and inzims that help digest food after iftar.

Improvement of digestion system

Eat dates daily to improve the digestive system as the fiber in it improves the digestion system and helps clean the intestines.

A source of energy supply

Dates are also considered an important source of energy as it helps maintain energy. Its natural sweetness increases blood gratitude than other sweet items.

Protects from disease

Dates eaters are protected from diseases like cancer and diabetes. Dates also have the ability to keep the heart and eyes healthy while it reduces the risk of shrinking heart armors.

Makes the mind sharpen

Dates are also beneficial for the brain and sharpen the mind. Only two dates a day can prove to be the best diet for mental development.

Beneficial for good exam results

Dates are beneficial for improving brain performance and good exam results.

Helpful in weakness

Dates slow down the process of mental weakness arising with aging.

Reduction in cholesterol

The use of dates full of antioxidants is useful in place of sugar because sugar is deprived of this feature. For this, make dates paste and use the same amount of sugar instead of sugar, cholesterol can reduce a lot.

Fulfill the scarcity of fiber foods

Constipation can be due to change in food times in Ramadan and not eating fibered foods. However, the resolved fibers of dates are protected from constipation.
