Does tamarind really lower blood pressure? There is a lot of talk about this question. This question revolves around people a lot.

However, I have seen and heard a lot of patients who say, "Last night when the pressure suddenly increased, my head was spinning - then I drank water soaked in tamarind and then I felt better in my body"!

Let's not know the reason, There is a saying in any part of Bangladesh that "blood pressure has risen so drink a little water soaked in tamarind" - which is said to make blood pressure normal.

Many again consume tamarind soaked water daily, excluding other ways to lower blood pressure.

I hope that after reading this article, you will be able to decide for yourself about the benefits / harms of tamarind food.

Tetul was born in far away Africa and spread in different ways in Bangladesh, Pakistan and India. Tamarind is used for various purposes. It is used in cooking, health and household furniture.

Again, it is widely used in cooking or food. It has various medicinal properties such as - during fever, and is used to cure gastric ulcers, while its leaves help to heal skin wounds.

Tamarind contains a chemical called polyphenols which acts as an antioxidant to relieve inflammation i.e. cell damage is caused by inflammation so it prevents cell damage which is known to act as a prevention against diseases like heart disease and cancer.

Again, it helps in preventing diabetes. Tamarind seeds also help in reducing glucose.

The part without the tamarind seed (fiber) It also helps in weight loss i.e. fiber. This tamarind is also useful to cure the inflammation of fatty liver.

There is copper and bronze in the furniture of the house, but it works even if you rub it with water to clean the color.

Here are some food prices of tamarind:

1 cup of tamarind contains about 120 grams. The jar contains a lot of magnesium and potassium which helps in lowering blood pressure. Contains a lot of iron, calcium, phosphorus, vitamins B2, B3, B6, B12, vitamin C, vitamin K, copper, selenium, etc. which help the body in many ways.

It contains 6 grams of fiber which is a lot of fiber, 3 grams of meat, 1 gram of fat. 1 cup of tamarind contains total calories i.e. about 28 to 290 calories. These are the calories that are basically sugary national calories.

So keep in mind that this is not a very good word because these calories are basically related to sugars. 1 cup of tamarind contains about 69 grams of sugar which is basically a very high quality sugar as a food value which is not good for the body.

Even then, this tamarind is not considered as a added sugar, it is considered as a fruit, but this sugar has little to do with diabetes.

More benefits are:

It reduces inflammation, reduces the risk of heart disease, lowers cholesterol because it contains a lot of fiber, a lot of magnesium, potassium which helps to reduce / control blood pressure a bit. It helps prevent diabetes, it also acts as an antiseptic. It contains a chemical called lopezine that acts as a fungus and antiseptic. For many people with rheumatism, it also helps to lose weight. It contains hydroxycytric acid which helps in weight loss. Keep in mind, however, that there are many types of tamarind chocolate that should be avoided because it is harmful to the body.

However, no research has yet said that Tamarind water / Tamarind consumption immediately reduces the pressure. Since it contains potassium and magnesium, it may help to reduce it a bit.
