Life is all about BALANCE. Ur family is ur inspiration. Ur work is ur expression. One motivates u while the other one stretches & promotes u. Like arms & legs, it's not about one over the other - bec they reinforces each other.
U will not be truly satisfied by work until u're fully satisfied by life. Ur time and health are NOT bottomless so think wisely before u spend. Many people thought they're learning how to live when in reality, they've been learning how to die (eat crap, sleep less, live stressly & drain ur adrenalin). Soon enough, u'll find out that ur work is like a rubber ball. When it drops, it bounces back. While ur health & relationship are glass balls - they will be irrevocably damaged or even shuttered when u don't strike the balance. Learn the trade-offs.
