How To Get Traffic

In my blog on how to get started with blogging I said I would get into how you can get readers and traffic in another blog. Well in this blog that's exactly what I'm going to get into. I'm going to show you the websites and app I use to get traffic. I recommend you make a business/blog before we get into the sites and apps. This is because for some apps you going to have to make another account and plus you don't want all the emails sent from those websites to spam your personnel email. Plus if you do affiliate marketing or any online business its best to have a sperate email. Now lets get into how we can get you some more traffic.

Social media

Now this is one of the best ways to get traffic to your website/blog and make sales. Social media allows for your followers and customers to keep up with whatever it is your promoting on your account. If you post daily on social media then its easy to accumulate a following on the apps. When you do that you have customers/readers who will always make sure to keep up with you. This is especially important to bloggers. As you want a dedicated fan base who will read every article and share your articles with others. This is why social media is one of the big tools you need to use to see growth. I'll now give you the list of sites and apps I use I'll provide links for the sites so you can sign up.

Quora/ A good website that also has a app although I don't use the app. This site get's lots of traffic and is one of my top 3 traffic sources. Basically you can start a community and then answer other peoples questions. Doing this allows other to discover you and thus discover your community or your profile which in turn means your blog or products. Pintrest/ This website is good for posting ahead of time if you want to plan your social media post out. I get a decent amount of traffic from this site. Forums

Now I personally never really used this method because it didn't work for me. But I'm sure if you found the right forum you could do it. There's a forum for every topic so the hard part is just finding the right one with enough traffic. Some forums allow you to promote while others don't so be carful when post on these sites. Don't rely on these to be your main source of traffic and leads.

Link It Websites

These are websites where your allowed to just post your link and let traffic come to you. You can write a short little description on these sites to let leads know what they are about to view. A decent amount of my traffic are these sites so they do work. I'll provide my list along with the links.

Last bit of advice

To finish off I'm going to give you a couple pointers you could use if you want.One you should make a website it's always good to have one as you can get some traffic from that too. All you have to do it code one yourself and get a domain or you can use free web building tools like google sites. Second another piece of advice is to tell your family and friends. Having them help you out in the beginning really helps you grow more faster just have them like your post and if they can read your blogs. Every bit really helps out trust me. Last you can always buy an ad or boost your post but those cost money and here we're all about doing things free but don't be mistaken ads do help I just don't use them.
