The jungle of Amazing also called or known as "The Unknown Land" is a vast land in the continent of America. The dwellers of the Amazon are primitive people. They are all white and tall. They go about naked. They are called "Yanomama". They live as a community in large circular houses called 'shaponos'. Each shapono community has about on hundred people. They have no days or months or even years and have no system of numbers except that they know 'one' and 'many'. Any time they move, they carry everything they won in their backs. They make fire with fire drills, with the rubbing together of two sticks.
The Yanomama wear no clothes; they paint their bodies in circular designs of red seed paste from a plant. Girls and women decorate their faces by inserting sticks through holes in the lower lip at either side of the mouth and in the middle. They are violent and bloody and are ready to kill. The men rape the women. They live their lives fighting and killing their neighbors. They are far from the modern world and may continue to stay and be that way in the years ahead.
