The Ayoyo leaf or Jute Mallow is a great leaf that have been native to Ghanaians and other African countries, it has been a good healthy meal that has kept Africans strong and healthy. The Yoruba Tribe in Nigeria are Popularly known for making a dish called Amala and Ewedu. It's a leaf that has withstood the test of time.
