Focusing on BCH: Forget BSV
In this article, I will not be talking about forks (Bitcoin SV and Bitcoin Cash) and their differences as a cryptocurrency, but rather I will be talking about my decision as to why I'm focusing on Bitcoin Cash and will forget about Bitcoin SV.
`Disclaimer`
`Everything that I will be saying is base on my views and opinion, personal observations, and experiences.`
Since I started my journey on crypto, I only have two assets in mind I want to accumulate, and that's **$BSV** and **$BCH**. I've searched on the internet where can I earn these currencies for ***free,*** because I don't want to buy them (I don't have enough fiat for these), and with the help of the internet I landed into sites where you really can earn them for free.
Bitcoin Cash
To be honest, I don't really know BCH before, but I happen to know about it because of ***Noise cash***. I encountered a post on Facebook about Noise Cash saying it's a legit site where you really can earn by simply posting like *Twitter*. Hearing the "legit" word made me so curious how legit it is, and what convinced me more is the image attached to the post which is quite good (in Philippine peso). So with no hesitation, I search "Noise.cash" on chrome and tried to explore the site.
I found out that the payment isn't in Philippine Peso but in the form of BCH, and that the post I saw was converted with the use of an online wallet called coins.ph, and that also is the beginning of my journey to Bitcoin cash.
Aside from Noise there's also this site called ***Read cash*** (which is where I'm actually typing right at this point, lol). A blogging platform wherein you can earn the same cryptocurrency.
Bitcoin cash is not limited by these websites, there are a lot more services or projects to offer. Check the ***Bitcoin Cash Projects******.*** https://www.bitcoin.com/bitcoin-cash-projects/
Bitcoin SV
I found out about BSV on another social media platform, which is Twitter. If I'm not mistaken it was supported by IamZatoshi. Most of his tweets are about BSV, and through him, I landed on ***Twetch App***.
It is a social networking app like Twitter wherein you can earn as well but in the form of BSV. The community in the twetch app was nice, lot of kind and generous users, but what I don't like about it is that every action you make is equivalent to a certain amount of BSV. For example, when you like a certain post you are required to pay $0.05 for that action, ten (10) cents for following a certain user, and the same with other commands like branch (share) and branch and like. But there's a good side, especially when you encounter a generous user and find you interactive in the platform, they will use the command "/pay" to give you tips.
there's also another platform for earning BSV, Its ***Relica***. Same with Instagram where you can post photos and get paid. In this app, every action is equivalent to a certain BSV but lesser compared to Twetch app. In every post you only need to pay a cent for that action, 2 cents for like and a certain amount to every follow.
I earned pretty well on both, but I decided to focus only on BCH.
Here's one of my reasons :
Interaction is free- You can interact with other users all you want as long as you can maintain and follow the rules of the site. You can follow interesting and good content creators as many as you want. You can like good content all you want, you can comment on every post all you want as long as your comment is relevant.
But don't get me wrong, *I enjoyed using BSV platform and I am grateful* for the wonderful experience. It's just that my heart goes to BCH.

**Conclusion**
Behind every successful apps and site are hard work and great developers, and we admire them all.
But oftentimes people or the end-users choose the one that closes to their heart, and with that, I'm choosing Bitcoin Cash.

Noise.Cash: Heart Value Increased
A few weeks ago Noise.cash has been implementing updates for the betterment of the platform.
Noise has been a great social platform in today's technological world. How it unites different people of different races. How it helps its users develop their writing skills, express their thoughts, share their life and experience (as content). How it let its users earn from utilizing the platform.
**Earning Before**
Before its users earn through tips, it can be from **free tips** or through **QR,** and likes are just displayed (like other social networks) no bearing, no effect, it's just displayed just to show how many users like the content you posted, and encouragement to do more, nothing more, nothing less.
**Earning Today**
As time passes by, the platform is getting better and better. Since the growing number of the spammer is greatly increasing, they implemented an update, wherein those users of just posting nonsense or irrelevant won't be eligible to feel the touch of free tips, they could still receive tip but not from the free ones provided by the site, instead of through QR code from users own money. Days after, the free tip option to those who aren't eligible got disabled, they could still get it back, only if they change their usual activities, and do better.
After such implementation, the spammy activities decrease.
Few weeks after the update, a new update rises, it's a new feature wherein users can now *rate* other users, but the feature is not for all, trusted users from the sites only have the privilege, meaning those users who are seen to be a good quality content creator. Why? To avoid the misuse or abuse of the new feature.
A few days after, the admin thought of eliminating the free tip feature, and replace it with the ***heart*** (like). In the early experiment, the like has a value of $0.01 worth of BCH tip, and the free tip still exists.
And now, as of today (May 7, 2021), a new update has been implemented. Where the free tip will be disabled (or eliminated) and earning will be base on likes, the heart value now varies from **$0.01, $0.02, $0.03, $0.04,** and higher depending on the user. The higher the user's rating (content quality) the higher the heart's value.
**Final thought**
That's how noise.cash develops or evolves as time passes by. Some may find it too soon, but it's for the betterment of the platform.
That's the reason why noise.cash is rated as one of the most popular social networks today, and took over other social networking platforms. Because it aims for greatness!
Continuous development and innovation will lead it to the place they deserve!
BCH Adoption in my Region
I am residing in the northern part of the Philippines, Province of Cagayan to be exact, which consists of 28 municipalities. Cagayan province was also known as the land of smiling beauty. The estimated population as of 2020 is 1,273,219.
**The region**
Cagayan Valley, designated as Region II, is an administrative region in the Philippines, located in the northeastern section of Luzon Island. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cagayan_Valley#:~:text=Cagayan%20Valley%20comprises%20five%20provinces,89%20municipalities%2C%20and%202%2C311%20barangays.
It is composed of five Philippine provinces: **Batanes**, **Cagayan**, **Isabela**, **Nueva Vizcaya**, and **Quirino**. The region hosts four chartered cities of *Cauayan*, *Ilagan*, *Santiago*, and *Tuguegarao*
Cagayan Valley region records **30,751** establishments according to the 2018 result of the Census of Philippine Business and Industries (CPBI) http://rsso02.psa.gov.ph/article/cagayan-valley-region-records-30751-establishments
**BCH Adoption in the Region**
Basing on the above-mentioned Numbers of population and numbers of establishments, BCH would be almost every corner of the region, but that's not the case, BCH adoption in my region is not that very well known.
Here's a BCH merchant in the Philippines:
As we can see, the Philippines' adoption of Bitcoin cash is smaller compared to other neighboring countries like Thailand. Let's look closer, let's focus on my region.
Looking closer, in my region, there's only one merchant who adopted BCH out of the 30,751 establishments. And that's located in Isabela.
**Final thought**
The Philippines' Adoption to BCH is not very known yet, but the Philippines is known for being adoptive regardless of what aspect it may be. With the growing population of BCH users, growing popularity, continuous development, and innovation, it is expected that bitcoin cash will be adopted not just in some regions, or the Philippines as a whole, but in the whole world.
Thanks so much!!
I would like to thank the Anonymous user who upvoted my very first article in the platform. I didn't expect it coming.
May God bless you always, more power to you!
Why did I choose to support BCH?
As someone new to cryptocurrency, I chose **BitcoinCash** to give my support. Why? Aside from the growing community, many merchants are now adopting it; accepting BCH as a form of payment in their business. Isn't that very promising?
Seeing how Bitcoins cash now gets popular in the world, makes it more interesting. It still is one of the most undervalued currencies, but I believe, in no time it will be valued the way it is supposed to be.
BitcoinCash is a decentralized cryptocurrency that is made resistant to political and social attacks on protocol development. Check more here. https://www.bitcoin.com/get-started/what-is-bitcoin-cash/
It allows us to have control of our money, for we can be our bank. It is best described as the future sound money, for it meets what a Peer-to-Peer electronic cash should be better than anyone else.
**How to acquire BCH?**
You can acquire Bitcoin Cash through buying, with the help of ATMs, and other online wallets. For example here in the Philippines, we have Coins.ph wallet, wherein you can buy BCH there directly using your fiat.
If you want to earn it for free, they have Social Networks, wherein you can earn while interacting with other users. You could build relationships with them, like friendship. But you need to post content that of good quality, that people may find interesting because by doing so, you could earn more than what is expected.
Here are the Bitcoin cash social networks:
**Social Networks:**
**Noise.cash** -is a social network just like Twitter, but it allows its users to earn from posting but in a form of bitcoin cash.
**Memo**- A bitcoin cash social network, uses the Memo protocol and OP_RETURN.
**Member clients**- A bitcoin cash social network reader, use the Memo protocol and OP_RETURN.
Aside from social networks, BitcoinCash has a lot more projects than they offer. You can check it all here: Bitcoin Cash Projects https://www.bitcoin.com/bitcoin-cash-projects/
There are also people that I observe to be of great influence and support to BCH, like @MarcDeMesel, @Crypto.Maniac,@PVMihalache,@Pantera,@Cryptonators.
Some users write not just about BCH but also about random kinds of stuff. Like, @bmjc98and @lucas.
Bitcoin Cash is one of the greatest innovations ever rises, one that's continuously evolving for greatness.
A Cryptocurrency that worth the support!
