Samuel gets infused with an unknown blood specimen, mixed with a green chemical, during a crime he investigated. Arrives his home and strange he becomes/behaves.
His powers/abilities include abnormal growth, strength like his favorite super hero, Superman, solar manipulation, electricity manipulation, radiance manipulation and light manipulation (blue and white), invisibility and visibility, flight avaition and speed with either his radiance, solar, light and electric manipulation. His super hero name is Samuel, aka, Earth's hero.
Samuel isn't popular anywhere, nor in his fields, but famous and popular as a super hero. Brown is his costume and the letter E written. Very private, cool still as Earth's hero and Samuel.

Superman will also appear in New York in Samuel 2: Omniverse and Samuel Jacobs and Clark Kent will battle. Later become friends and to protect New York, and Galaxiti, a world in space. Also Calamity, an evil and mighty Sorcerer, god of evil, calamities, doom and destruction and his Galaxites.
Samuel Jacobs will also be protecting the woman he loves and admires from afar and he has never spoken to, knows anything about or closed with. Just sees her going to her office, when he is going to his aswell and takes stock of her office and her, Dorathy Melbourne.
Towards the end of this epic Cartoon, reveals who he is to Dorathy Melbourne, when both in the air, by introducing himself as Samuel Jacobs, his work and Earth's hero. Both attracted to and in love one another.
Later it is the marriage of Samuel Jacobs and Dorathy Melbourne. She bears him Raymond and Tina. Raymond who later becomes Young Super and Tina, Hero Girl, in Indigenous Cartoon. Aftermath of Samuel 1 and 2.
New York in the end is peaceful and thanks to Samuel, Earth's hero.
