Despite the name, hater of evil and serves good, right and light. Hater of evil right from time and more, when his master, Muhogaki Vanjil, killed. Also suffered in the hands of many in Nagoya, a place he went to live shortly. One can attribute him to many negatives and also suffering, life and suffered child. Never had a good past and life. His present also the same when thinking things getting better and after leaving with harmful people.
Evil joins his peers to get rid of all evils in Nagoya, commuicate with the rulers of Nagoya, Kakis. Him and his peers battle many villians in Nagoya and their worst, Dark Souls led by Darkness, greatest villian in Nagoya and other cities and communities in Japan. Best amongst his peers in Nagoya. Numerous powers like others.
Kakis too battle many villians to protect Nagoya and their worst nightmare, the seventeen scrolls and tribes of Tokyo and another villian, Lylak.
Some of the Kakis dislike, distrust Evil and some do like, trust and can beckon on him. His fiance is later Haisy, the light, good, charming and polite girl. Later Evil has friends, especially Ramma Keiro (Boruto and Naruto kind) in Nagoya and some peers who keep him at arms length. No one's story, past, present is sadder, bad, awful nor darker than his.
