What is the best method of teaching? Is there such a thing?
As I mentioned in my previous article. There's is no perfect method when it comes to Teaching. But for touching the emotions of the students is very effective when it comes to learning it has the highest retention since it creates an impact on them when your students feel happy while you are teaching them they are showing interest when you catch their attention every time you stand in front of them. I must say that you are an effective teacher. This method asserts as a student-centered approach to learning, the role of the teacher was to facilitate only and not to spoon-feed hence this technique was very effective to the students, a teacher will not spend all of his/her time talking to his/her students. This method ensures that all students are involved and challenge to do tasks in class, Students will strive hard and become motivated in class since they will feel that they are part and being trusted.
Reflections on the field study areas observed
I observed the teacher's dedication and disciplinary strategy to inculcate his pupil’s behavior. These are the field study areas observed:
Being book smart is NOT the only way to succeed in this profession. You need to be street smart and people smart
Always know your students better. Reprimand alone is never effective. Learn to discover the misbehavior of your learners by knowing and understanding their home and family background.
Use technology to enhance the creative and critical thinking skills of your learners by allowing them to analyze what you have presented to them and asking what they have understood or how they will react on the video, text, animation, or any form of technology you have used. In the case of Sir Rodel, he integrate V8 Sound Card, a technology tool used to make different sounds.
Don't say reporter because you are taking the pressure on them instead say the word “MAGBABAHAGI NG KAALAMAN” or “Share Knowledge”.
Know different Approaches because sometimes you will be deployed in SHS and COLLEGE
Take Pressure on your students ask them a question, allow them to construct their answer
Always study your Lesson, but don’t focus on the content of your Lesson the class will be boring

How to handle when someone asks you and you don't answer
Class your classmate has a question like, but we won't answer it now because it will be answered at the next meeting. that's our assignment.
The 3 domains of the lesson plan must be stated. Cognitive, Affective, and Psychomotor
One of the lessons I’ve learned was to tap on the students' emotions. They will become more interested to listen and study the lesson when they can relate to it.
Build your own identity as a teacher. A teacher's identity does affect the classroom environment because the teacher sets the tone and culture of the classroom based on his values, attitudes, and belief system.
Motivations should be done before starting a day-to-day lesson to stimulate and facilitate learning activities. Learning is an active process that needs to be motivated and guided toward desirable ends. Learning is self-initiated, but it must be aided by motives so that the learner will persist in the learning activity.
ALWAYS ACKNOWLEDGE EVERY STUDENT ANSWER/S. The more they are acknowledging the more they will give answers and join the discussion attentively

You have to continue learning and search for knowledge, never stop and depend on what you've already know be hungry for knowledge as the saying goes "LAMANG ANG MAY ALAM" means that you have the advantage over others.
