Take it or Leave it!

Another beautiful day drawing closer to Christmas. Hi everyone! As we await Christmas day, may I bring to you this article of honesty, it about being real, staying real and legit to your counterpart or your business, in our dealings and decision in general.

Trust issues is rising high on daily basis. It no new thing to some of us because we might have fallen a victim of trust or have failed someone else's trust. The feeling can be heartbreaking. Everyone frowns when a trust is broken but not everyone takes the necessary steps to avoid that by doing something right, what is expected and staying positive especially when an agreement is reached.

Before going on, let me ask a general question, is there anyone who has in one way or the other not cheated on someone, deceived someone or fallen a victim of deceit or cheat? - please let me know so I can congratulate you on the comment section-

So many people react or take action based on what they hear. Some take actions based on what they see while some uphold to the saying that seeing is believing. People can easily pass judgement based on favor; because they will get favor from their supporters and quickly condemn their opponent.

What kinda advice do we give to people who seek them from us, are we advising on our favor or the seeker's favor. It is no crime to say that; I am sorry, I can't help you, rather than passing undiluted advise on our favor.

Loyalty is an expensive quality, it contains honesty and anyone that posse's this quality always outshines others.

In a television interview, a man was asked why he hired more of foreigners in his company, while there is high rate of unemployment in his community. He replied by saying "lack of trust and loyalty". Explaining further, he said that it has not been easy to get an honest staff from his community. According to him, his one time manager cheated on him and never for once gave him an accurate account of daily earnings and income. He sacked the first manager for this same infidelity and this continued over time till he had to employ a foreigner who was so loyal and worked with humility. He added that; to his amazement, the foreigners salary was way lower than all his sacked Managers and that why he employed most of foreigners to handle delicate posts in his company and employed his community on inferior posts.

Why is it always that when people want or need something, they go about in humility seeking for help but when they get what they want, they suddenly forget how they wanted what they have.

Same applies to the people we follow, can they trust us, can we trust them? Are your friends so close to you because of what they want? Who knows. Real people exist though. Yes they do. It could be you reading this. But one question, are you real or rather, how real are you to your job, to your rich friends, most importantly to yourself. In the same way, are your friends real to you, people you share things with, are they treating you as you treat them?

In this life, we've love and been loved, trust and been trusted, we've fail and been failed too, we've broken heart and been heartbroken, judge and been judged, we've made promises and have been promised too.... all these and more people encounter in life. We still can make it up to ourselves by embracing change. Changing and embracing loyalty, making people know that we're good for something by our attitude and behavior through action. Action they say speaks louder than voice.

Take it or leave it , time reveals our intentions. We know ourselves.
