Mental Self

Mental self is related to stress and psychology.It is where selflessness, control, concentration, and calmness of mind plays essential role. As what I have observed in today's generation, the state of the mental self of the teenagers are not healthy anymore.

Many are suffering from stress, anxiety and depression that comes to the point of ending their lives. Some are also getting crazy because their minds are already bombarded with a lot of problems and they don't know how to handle it anymore.

There are also people who didn't practiced their minds on solving their own problems when they are still young that is why they are giving up easily because they are not get used to it.

It makes me happy when I discovered that I can handle my mental self properly. If I have problems in life, I always seek for the ways on how to solve it and not running away from it. If I'm already stress in my life, I always find ways to enjoy my life and discover a lot of things just to forget for awhile the stress that I am feeling. If I'm already depressed on the things that are happening in my life, I always pray to God because I know that above all he is the only one who can understand what I am feeling.

However, it makes me unhappy everytime there are lots of negative thoughts in my mind. I cant avoid to doubt and make my self down everytime my mind are already covered with negative thoughts. I always become a loser everytime I let the negative thoughts reign my mind. On the other hand, I value most about my mental self is my mental strength it is because mental strength conquers self-doubt, keeps me motivated, and helps me face my fears.

Mental strength also ensures that we learn from our mistakes. Mental strength assists us when we need to bounce back from failures. And, mental strength can help us regulate our feelings. Throughout our life we’re going to experience setbacks and obstacles. We’re going to need mental strength a lot more than money to help us overcome these obstacles.

But sometimes I'm holding back on discovering further about my mental self because I'm afraid that I cannot take all the problems that I am facing and ended up committing suicide. I'm afraid that time will come, my own self will become my greatest enemy.

Nonetheless, I used my problems as my motivation because everytime I have problems in life, I become more braver and strong person.

In conclusion, we should always take care of our mental self because it plays a big role in our lives. We should always remember that the more we feed our minds with positive thoughts, the more we can attract great things in our lives.
