Emotions are biological states associated with the nervous system brought on by neurophysiological changes variously associated with thoughts, feelings, behavioural responses, and a degree of pleasure or displeasure. Emotions are vital because they are little bits of information that alert us to our values, our perception of an experience, our needs, and our likes and dislikes.

Emotions are something that everyone of us have and feels,yet we cannot easily react in the way we wanted. Emotions are always with us wherever we go because we are not humans if we cannot feel any emotions. Having a lot of emotions at the same time is difficult that is why we should know how to handle every emotions we have.

It makes me happy when I discovered about my emotional self that I can handle my emotions. Everytime I feel different emotions, I'm not immediately reacting to some things because I might regret it in the end.I always control my emotions because it prevents me from reactive outburst.

However, it make me unhappy everytime I'm struggling to understand my emotions which often leads to my sufferings. Sometimes I cannot understand anymore what I feel that made me clueless on how to react to certain things. On the other hand, I value most about my emotional self is my emotions. Emotions can play an important role in how we think and behave. The emotions we feel each day can compel us to take action and influence the decisions we make about our lives, both large and small.

Sometimes, I'm holding back on discovering about my emotional self because I'm afraid that I can't control anymore the emotions I feel. I'm afraid to hurt the people around me just because I can't handle my emotions properly.

Nonetheless, I also used my emotions as my motivation on discovering further about my self because I know that my emotions will help me in making good decisions in my life. It also motivates me to act in particular ways and give me the tools and resources I need to interact meaningfully in our social world.

In conclusion, we should always control our emotions in everything we do. We should always remember that our emotions have a huge amount of power over our choices and actions and we can either become a master or a slave to them.
