In Dhaka,Bangladesh Child Day Center mainly concentrates on the children from impoverished family. The requirement for a well furnished infant care center is flourishing much higher day by day.Children between the ages of 6 months and 6 years are usually received to a child care center. Impecunious women cannot afford the cost of a child care center that's why they let the elders of the family or Odalisque take care of their child. Moreover, Bourgeois families cannot rely on babysitting centers due to poor services. There is also a lack of day-care centers with improved facilities. At present, the government has opened 32 Day care centers in the country, including 7 centers, which opened in July.An NGO called Aparajeyo Bangladesh operates 12 day-care centers in Dhaka. According to the Labor Act of 1995, An association employing at least 25 women will set up day care centers for the children of working mothers(Islam & Khan, 2015). Children who are cared for by skivvy have a variety of complications.

Mental Health Institute says, "If a child is kept in the care of a quality daycare center instead of a maid, he or she will stay much better both physically and mentally."

As a result a child can grow up in a comfortable and delightful  environment with children of their same ages and different ages. According to the Department of Clinical Psychology at Dhaka University- For the welfare of both mother and baby, infant care centers are essential. When a child is placed in the day-care center of the mother's workplace, the child remains ripping and it also helps to make his mother unworried. Day-care centers in the mother's workplace are very important for both inward and outward  development of children. These Centers should be set up to look after the physical and mental development of children. Moreover these centers' focal point should be bountiful housing, learned Obstetrician and Neatness  so that children can remain Buoyant  and secure. The Department of Women's Affairs, which deals with day care center activities, says Different initiatives should be taken for the day care center issues for the development of working women and the prosperity of their children. The Human Rights Implementation Agency noted that for the overall development and prosperity of mothers and children, emphasis should be placed on setting up day care centers in public-private association. Steps should be taken to address this problem in order to harness the workforce of women for building a proper race. Many families now treat their children gender -impartially.Opulent families are focusing on educating both their girls and boys equally.Boys are not being treated specially. The whole family has become conclusive about spreading education of girls.According to Socio-economic grounding girls are moving towards the goal of their choice. parents become very happy to see their daughter's skills. They also find worthy  job.The problem starts when she becomes the mother of a child. She does not know how to manage time for the kid.Family growth becomes more worrisome.  The situation between the career and the family became more intense.Due to Husband getting  adequate salary, the wife is to quit her job unwillingly for bringing up  the child.Women are also working in other jobs including garment industry and they are also suffering from similar problems.  Even if they get a job according to their qualifications, they cannot hold that job.  In this case, if there was a day care center in the workplace, the problem would be solved. They didn't have to worry about what their children were doing at home while they were employed. There are a number of day-care centers in public and private enterprises, 6 for the middle class and 43  for the lower middle class under The Bangladesh Women's Directorate.  For the bourgeois babysitting centers are situated  inside the Secretariat, Khilgaon, Mirpur and Mohakhali, where kids from 6 months to 6 years of age can remain. In Dhaka and divisional cities  12 such centers are available for the lower middle class. We have 5000 garment factories in our country which provide employment to about 40 million people, most of them are women.Bangladesh is the second largest trader of garments in the world but there is no childcare system in this sector except for a few factories.Rehena, a garment worker, said she and her husband both work in the factory and there is no one at home to look after their children. The children of their neighbour hardly help them. In this case, she becomes  tensed about her childrens' exigents. Rupali Begum, a garment worker, says she had to worry about leaving her children with neighbors.  Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BKMEA) has set up a day care center for the children of garment workers at BSCIC's estate.  She is now satisfied to be able to keep her children there.  However, only a few children are accommodated there.  It can't afford all the needs of the huge workers working there. There are two hundred workshops in Panchabati, Narayanganj. 150,000 workers work there.  80% of them are women. Maximum  of that mills do not have care centers. According to The labor law workers will work for eight hours but in reality  they have to work for 12 to 16 hours. Night duties has become Constraint. If there was a day care center, they could concentrate on work in a worry-free way.Apart from BRAC Bank, none of the 47 banks in the country has a day-care center.  Despite the request of Bangladesh Bank, the commercial banks did not take any initiative for making day care center. Bangladesh Bank has a day care center of its' own.On 20th March 2013, Bangladesh Bank emerged a notice and transmitted  that  to all banks. Beacause of not having daycare centers of the banks, most women working there have to leave their children with their maids. As a result, these children develop through many problems.

With a day care center, women could be more attentive to their work and their children would remain safe and sound. Nazneen Sultana, deputy governor of the Bangladesh Bank, says that the daycare center was established after a long movement. and this has brought relief to the women staff here. After many attempts of hard work the day care center was created and it has brought relaxation  to the women working here.

"We have repeatedly requested the other banks to set up similar centers under their CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program, but we are yet to get any response."

Bangladesh Bank bears 65 percent of the cost. There is a facility to keep thirty children here. four Maidservant , three teachers and two cooks have been hired for them. Every mother has to pay a monthly fee of 1700 taka for each kid. Hosne Ara of Bangladesh Bank says that by getting the daycare centers, she is able to work  worryfree.

"Besides, I can check on the child, whenever necessary. At the end of the day, I can pick her up and go home."

A child's first education of socialization is received in a day care center.  It is important to nurture a child for its proper development. Many women have to give up their jobs because they cannot find a suitable caretaker to look after their children. This is an obstacle for the country and for the advancement of women. That's why day care centers should be established to remove this problem. The number of employed families in Bangladesh are increasing day by day. Apart from lettered and aspiring women, the number of other female employees has also increased. Then it comes, Changes in daily lifestyle. While not a rapid change, change is happening. Day-care centers have come from both the public and private sectors where children are kept on payments by the working class mothers. According to The Bangladesh Labor Force survey 2002-2003, about 10 million women over the age of 15 are engaged in various occupations. A great number of this working force is assigned to the garment sector, the country's highest external cash earner. More than 90% of the garment workers are women. There are good prospects for working women in the city. Many working women have to leave their children with domestic workers while working. In this case, establishing  day care centers in both Government and private organizations can alleviate their worries. But this issue is not being given much importance. According to,an organization that employs 40 women must have a day care center. Even then, many companies do not have day-care centers and most of the centers  are located in Dhaka. In many cities, there is a demand for healthy and quality day care centers but no action is taken to meet the demand.Although a large number of women work in various sectors, most companies do not have day care centers. In June, 2007 an NGO surveyed 55 offices and found 15 day-care centers among them. Many Working women rarely agree to keep their children in day-care centers, many of them forced to quit their jobs to nourish their kids.According to psychologists, it is more important for a child to be with the mother than the father.  In this case, if there is a day care center in the mother's employment, then the child stays well and the mother feels relax and can give more attention to her work.Children who are raised by domestic workers have a variety of developmental problems. Human Rights Implementation Organization has identified- for the betterment of mother and child, day  care centers should be made compulsory in government and non-government institutions. Therefore, steps need to be taken to address this problem in order to harness the working capacity of women for the purpose of building a developed country.15 parents were asked to answer some questions from the contradictor. This research has pointed out that 46.66% are receiving  facility for the last 6-12 month. Besides, only 33.33% of customers are receiving  utility  for the last 2-3 years. However, an increase in the number of day care centers indicate day-care centers are enhancing.
