The third trimester of pregnancy is usually very stressful. As the baby bump of a pregnant woman starts getting bigger and reaches its final stages, a woman will probably start worrying about her diet, nutrition and food choice. The baby needs all the nutrition it could get during the third trimester of pregnancy and that is why it makes sense for a woman to give herself only the best and healthiest foods. 4. Nuts.

Nuts are definitely one of the most healthy foods in the planet. They include the likes of groundnuts, cashew nuts, walnuts, peanuts, tiger nuts, cola nuts, almonds and so on.
