Also, some people may create a stillness in this hypnotic jerk which leads to more anxiety by worrying about previous experiences. This increased anxiety and fatigue increases the chances of a hypnotic jerk. However, some people fear it as a physical inconvenience. However, according to doctors, there is nothing to be afraid of. Because, in many cases, ‘hypnotic jerks’ also occur from snoring. The nervous system is not able to perceive the flow of excitement in this case, the body shakes during sleep. Jerk is not a disease. If the rules are followed, it is possible to get rid of it again and again. The risk of hypnotic jerks decreases with age. There is no specific diet for hypnotic jerk. However, if someone has this problem frequently, he must seek the help of a psychiatrist.
