True Leadership:
The three wolves in the first red circle are the oldest, sickest, weakest.
But their experience is more. Given in front of them because the rest of the team will run according to their speed.
Five of the yellow spots just behind them are the strongest and warrior wolves on the team. Their job is to support the front line and handle any attacks.
Right behind them, there are newer and less powerful ones. But the middle team is the safest.
Because, the team marked green behind them is also very strong and the warrior wolves. Their job is to defend against any attack from behind.
The lone wolf marked in blue behind them is the team leader. He is coming behind everyone. His responsibility is to make sure that no one is falling behind, that anyone is having a problem.
That is the team leader.
Leaders don't always have to be in the front, they have to go behind if necessary.
Such is the case with leadership.
