The greatest identity of man is that man; The best creature of creation. Which includes intellect, conscience, judgment and sense of humanity. But despite all this, people sometimes forget their human identity. They create new identities by creating divisions of caste, religion, caste and clan. Then the conflict began to uphold their own caste, religion, caste and tribe, to occupy the highest seat of their identity. Violence, hatred and animosity towards others are born. And from this arises communalism. As a result, violence and war became inevitable. And only communal harmony can guide people from this.

What is communalism?

Communalism is community based racism. When a community considers itself superior to other communities or a particular community, thinks of itself as good, considers another community as inferior or small, then communalism is born in the people of that community. Sectarianism is a feeling that teaches people to think of their own community as the best and creates hatred towards other communities in order to establish that superiority. One community resorted to barbarism to harm another community, to suppress them, to destroy them.

Communal harmony

Communal harmony refers to the coexistence of people from different communities in the same society. There is no racism among the communities. No one despises anyone. No one thinks big. No one claims to be the best. No one treats anyone as an enemy. As members of the same society and state, all are bound by the bond of brotherhood.

Religion and sectarianism

Individual communities of people are most formed on the basis of religion. For example, some are from the Muslim community and some are from the Hindu, Buddhist or Christian communities. Again, there are people of different castes in a religion. In the case of Mulmans, for example, some are Sunni and some are Shia. Some Christians are Catholics and some are Protestants. Some of the Hindus are Brahmins, some are Kshatriyas and some are Shudras. Although religion creates communities, religion never tells anyone to be sectarian. Moreover, religion never supports communalism. Because all religions show people the way to peace and harmony.

The evils of communalism

Communalism blinds people so much, makes justice so irrational that people do not hesitate to turn a long-established locality into a barren land in an instant. Communalism can never do anyone any good. Sectarianism can only cause violence, hatred, animosity, anger, fights, quarrels and violence among people. It makes people enthusiastic about conflict and conflict. People are violent and belligerent. Sectarianism makes people barbaric and brutal. This communalism destroys the brotherhood and harmony of the people. As a result, national life came to a standstill. Human resources and lives are lost. Anarchy and anarchy are created in the society. National progress comes to a halt.

Communalism vs. Unity

Communalism divides a community. Because communal consciousness teaches people to think that they are different from others. As a result, a community completely alone cannot say anything out loud. Can't go against anyone and say anything. Unity and communal harmony play a very positive role in building a country and its future. The progress of the individual, the society, the country is accelerated when the peasants, workers, blacksmiths, potters, weavers, carpenters, cobblers all come together under one flag and work as our common people. Life becomes dynamic when people forget communalism and live in unity. Unity is always against communalism. In a country where the people do not believe in communalism but in unity, they move forward with the trend of development and progress. They resist communalism with the power of unity.

Necessity of communal harmony

Communal harmony is an essential factor in the formation of a country and a nation. People from different communities can live in one country. But if there is no communal harmony among them, they can never become a strong nation. The lack of communal recentness has created infighting within that nation. This harms the society and the country. When communal harmony is destroyed, the social system becomes unstable. There was chaos all around. As a result, war and conflict inevitably arose. There is a lack of trust in people, mistrust is created, the path of friendship and cooperation is closed. If there is no communal harmony, civil war starts in the country. The result was massive loss of life and destruction of state resources. The security of the country is disrupted. Even the sovereignty of the country is sometimes threatened. Communal harmony is very important not only within a country but also in the international arena. Without communal harmony, the whole world gets involved in conflict.
