Whenever you wake up from bed start your day with smile. By smiling you will be starting your day in a better mood.If you have trouble getting yourself to smile in the morning, force yourself: even a forced smile has benefits.Smiling strengthens the immune system .
Then start your day with your favorite morning drink. I used to have coffee . Then replaced with a healthy drink . I started drinking lukewarm water with half lemon squeezed in it and add one table spoon of Apple cider vinegar. It helps to increase metabolism .
Start thinking positive . It will help you to make you a better person . No matter how hard situation you are going through, don't think negative. You will overcome it soon. Everything is possible if you want. You are your biggest strength. Always keep in your mind that you are the best. You'll be successful person one day .
