Ingredients

★Two eggs

★ One cup all purpose flour

★ To taste salt

★ Half teaspoon red papper powder

★ Half teaspoon turmeric powder

★ Half teaspoon cumin powder

★ ghee/ oil

★ water

Method:

First of all you need to take a bowl then mix all the ingredients.

Mix them properly and make sure there's no lumps. Make a smooth batter and leave to rest for 15 minute. Then take a non stick fry pan. Heat the pan and brush the pan with ghee or oil.

Medium heat to lower. Take the batter into a spoon then drop it into the pan and make a round shape with the help of spoon. Drop another egg over the batter. Cook until it looks done. Then fold it and cut it with the corner shape.

Serve hot with tomato chutney.
