Rapid technological changes and innovation makes more challenges in every sector. so skilled technical employees should generated to recruit in right place.
cultural factor
one of the major factor affecting of human resources management is cultural factor. Different people have different lifestyle, their habit, tastes so its the challenge for every manager to satisfy the needs of customers.
