(1) Learn from your mistakes:

Bill Gates said that don't blame or whine others people about your own mistakes in short stop blaming to the others just learn from your mistakes and then start again struggling by improving your weak points.Your mistakes is your own fault that's why don't put them on others just try to learn from your weak points that's why Bill Gates said:

(2) Be Passionate:

The main thing is necessary before starting any business is your passion and your wish and your interest .All the people even bussines man's included in his advice that is passion .If we are committed and passionate then nothing can beat us .If we are finding things stressfully then I m not sure about success that's why your passion plays very vital role in your success.

It doesn't matter how much you have studied about and how much reads books in your school , college or in a university but your life experience matter.In real life jobs your personal experience matter for carrying things .
