Ingredients:
4-5 pieces of hilsa fish,
half a cup of sour curd,
half a teaspoon of ginger paste,
half a teaspoon of garlic paste,
1 bay leaf,
2 tablespoons of onion paste,
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion,
1 tablespoon of ghee,
green pepper. -6,
according to the amount of water and oil.
Method:
Wash the fish pieces well. Heat ghee and oil together in a pan. Then lightly fry the chopped onion and add all the bata and powdered spices, sour curd, bay leaves and salt and water to taste. Then pour the fish pieces in the spices and cook with a little water and green chillies for 10 minutes. When the fish is smeared, lower it and serve.
