The difference between a leader and a boss
At the monthly meeting of an office, David was scolding his subordinates. He was abusive to everyone. Seeing this, a middle-aged man with a normal face stood up and said, "Sir, I want to say something!" What? You mean, like, saltines and their ilk, eh?
The man replied with a smirk, sir! My name is Abraham. I am a new employee of this company. I am very worried to see your leadership as an employee. 8) The boss uses others to abuse power and the leader encourages others to find out the good in people and make their employees worthy.
9) The boss shouts and threatens. A leader treats everyone well. He is sympathetic to everyone. He knows that respect and humanity come first.
Abraham wanted to say more but Debit stopped him with his hand, he said, do you understand running a company better than me! I fired you right now. I don't want to see you again from tomorrow. Abraham smiled softly and said, "I have been saying these things for so long to get you on the right path. But I have failed. You have become so arrogant that you do not even remember the name of the owner of your office, Abraham." I am not your employee. I own this office.
As a staff member, I wanted to see if the people I had arranged were worthy of it. I want to see you at the board meeting tomorrow. Debit was threatened by the suddenness of the incident.
