Through the Stairs
You ascend the stairs One step at a time For each step you make You receive a dime Blinded by greed You skip a few The more you get The faster you flew The higher you get The smaller the foothold You see the warnings But still you ignored You made one misstep And started to fall At last you've awoken From your drunken stupor Your bones broken You've lost what you made You never listened To the things they've said So now you've learned To take it slow Cause the slower you are The farther you go

A poem about takin one step at a time, slowly but surely, and consequences of rushing. we have to learn how to slow down and do everything based on our own phase❤
And if we do that, someday we'll be able to reach the top

The first paragraph, I thought that it is about gaming. Reading further now I know that it is about drinking. I guess these broken bones end up in the hospital. I felt that this is the perfect explanation for the excessive drunk people who he no controls. Soft advice, if only those kind of people listen before they broke their bones.
Sadly, they never will. Not until something bad happens to them.
That is common I guess.
