In this world of today, there are innumerable complications which cause stress in the lives of an individual. Apart from personal and family problems, a someone suffers from another big problem that might be educational related problems.
It is neither a sin nor crime to be frustrated, as frustration is an emotion that is experienced by everyone. It has been estimated that 95 percent of family problems, economic and financial problems, bullying in schools, backwardness in a particular subject or art may also frustrate an individual who is motivated to learn a particular course or choose a particular vocation, conflicting desires or aims, individual's moral standards, code of ethics and high ideals also lead to depression.
The adult who has never had any difficulty, problem or worry in his/her life or career may never know the meaning of ‘frustration’. More often than not exasperation is used in the context of daily life to mean the action of driving someone beyond endurance.
When we come across situations that irritate us the words ‘frustration and irritation’ are almost synonymous. However, on careful analysis we can find lot of differences between the two words.
Every human being is a bundle of both strengths and weaknesses. Certain circumstances in life can make an individual feel frustrated, impatient, irritated and angry with himself. There are many reasons for this to occur based on the events that take place in a person's life. Family Problem: Family relations are the most important factors that decide your future in the society. Family problems may lead to serious frustration, especially when you fail to get your parents' consent for getting married to someone whom you love or simply because they do not agree with your decision of choosing certain career, and so on.
Frustration may occur when an individual feel that he is not receiving proper care and affection from his family members. The absence of proper care and affection may lead to frustrations in an individual when he wishes to spend more time with them and he is unable to do so.
Economic and Financial Problems: An individual who has not been able to achieve economic success may experience frustration. Such an individual may experience frustration in his/her job or profession. There are many reasons for frustration in terms of economic and financial problems such as unemployment, poverty, insufficient income, debts, taxes, cost of living etc.
If you fail to meet your economic needs or obligations, you will be frustrated and stressed.
Family and Marital Issues: Frustrations occur in the family environment when there is domestic violence, fall outs, divorce, broken love affair etc.
Anybody who has the tendency to become frustrated when certain difficulties occur should be given solutions to the problem. He should be explained in detail the role of frustration in the learning process. Understanding constructive frustration: Being frustrated is not always a bad thing. It often means we are reaching up to new levels.
Life is full of daily pleasures and problems. While it's true that life is a mixture of both, the more one is able to keep these two things in harmony the better it is for him.
