We all have scattered thoughts( more often than not). In fact think of all the distractions around us and things, social media updates, notifications and gadgets or toys that all scream ¨ME, ME...look at ME!¨
However, I believe we could all do with gathering thoughts and even stillness. One way of solving this scatttered thought syndrome, (imagine a monkey jumping about in your head), is attending to a pet, especially a dog. I notice in my case since we got a miniature dachshund or badger dog...I put my phone down and play with it.
Another thing, is challenge yourself to spend 10 seconds listening to the environment...Also called been PRESENT...What a marvel right?! Hearing the fridge in the kitchen, maybe the computer fan or even better birds outside the window and even dogs barking in the distance.
Give yourself a moment...to remedy scattered thoughts. Be in the present. The present is a PRESENT!
