My Seasonal Depression.
This time around, I think your investor is gonna finally take a break on crypto analysis and just speak on life experience and feelings, let's take a little break. But don't worry, I'll be continuing with our analysis.
Seasonal Depression
Have you ever felt or experience this feeling of depression and anxiety (sometimes anger) but all just during some certain seasons? Trust me, people like me that experience this feeling really know how weird and strange this feeling is.
Can't explain the laziness, anger, feeling sad and moody all for literally no reason at all. Even though things for me regarding these emotions I felt during these season, mine specifically the Monsoon or Rainy season are really better almost as though I had never experienced this before, I can still pretty much remember it as if it was yesterday.
Funny enough, I remember the fright and anxiety I felt seeing the huge dark clouds form as I can tell what's coming next. People seeing me angry and moody, probably asking me sometimes "what's wrong" but coming to think of it now, I'm just laughing as I would usually feel too angry to even speak or answer them. Fair enough, this really pissed some people off and rightly so. Not to speak of some other things I did out of anger as there's the belief that "wine and anger are the root of all evil". I eventually got quite frustrated at myself for some of my actions.
As of the solution to this, hmm, there might just be different ways you can at least try to feel better in these situations, not to cure them entirely though, but yeah, it's still worth trying.
One of them is probably just taking a trip to a different region be it a different state or country having a different climate or weather condition that's more favourable to you if you're chanced. This step can be really effective as it gives you a chance to socialize and make new friends, explore different places and also most importantly elevate your seasonal depression. So you can really try this out, if you're down for it.
Another more simpler but still effective way is performing activities you love usually your hobbies with the people that make you feel better. These could be your friends or close relatives you generally feel good been around. Even though this is effective, I'll say it is not as effective as the first as you might not possibly always be around and nevertheless, things might get really boring, as you run out of ideas.

By the way, don't get me wrong as Rainy or Monsoon season are really the best for kids, trust me when I say the fun I felt as a kid was unlimited, Just when I grew older..
