Conscious and Subconscious mind

Basically there are two types of mind in human brain. One is conscious mind and another is subconscious mind. Almost 92-95% of our brain is subconscious mind and 5-8% is conscious mind.

All logical operation/decision are taken by conscious mind. Conscious mind always take decision on the basis of logic. In a word the mind which we can control is conscious mind. All of the decisions we take in everyday by conscious mind.

Subconscious mind is the most powerful mind of human brain. All decision of subconscious mind can be logical or illogical. Dreams,instant reaction ect are the part of subconscious mind. We can't control it but our thinking can make an impact on subconscious mind. If we think positive all time,positive things will happen to us because of subconscious mind. If subconscious mind accept anything about us, it start to working automatically for the destination.

Normally conscious mind and subconscious mind doesn't active at the same time. On the basis on research conscious mind become inactive before sleeping and In this time the subconscious mind become active. For that reason thinking something positive or about our destination in that time is more effective to send message in subconscious mind.
