On Cloud Computing (Myths & Tips)
My life really would have taken a drastic turn if not for my apt initiative in uploading & saving some important credentials in the cloud. sometime in April, I was on a journey to the airport. As I got out of the cab, I didn't notice that my file bag wasn't with me. When I noticed, I turned back to see if I could see the cab but unfortunately, he was long gone. I lost my cool immediately, I stood for some minutes completely motionless. Well, I heaved a sigh of relief after I remembered that the credentials in question were long stored in the cloud. So I just moved on with my day as if nothing happened. Though it's not as if I did not feel pained, I did not lose all.
Cloud computing is the ability to access applications & information over the Internet regardless of your geographical location. With cloud computing, you no longer need to purchase and maintain expensive hardware and software. Instead, you can access what you need, when you need it, through a web browser or mobile app.
Cloud computing has revolutionized how we work and live. With cloud technology, you can access your files from any computer or mobile device, anywhere in the world. You can also share files and collaborate with colleagues in real-time. And because your data is stored in the cloud, you never have to worry about losing your work again.

There are many common misunderstandings about cloud computing. Find below the most common myths amongst the many ones available:
-people often think that the cloud is only useful for storing data. In reality, cloud computing can be used for a wide range of purposes, such as running applications, storing files, and backing up data.
Cloud computing is a term for the on-demand access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources, which can include storage, processing, bandwidth, and applications.
-The cloud is unsafe: One of the biggest concerns about cloud computing is security. However, cloud providers have extensive security measures in place to protect your data. Just make sure that the cloud provider you select has a robust security protocol in place. Your data should be encrypted and access should be strictly limited to authorized personnel only. If you are using cloud computing for your personal use, authorized access should be granted to you only. If it is for a company, then authorize access should be granted to a maximum of three persons.
