If you are a video editor looking for a great Adobe Premiere alternative that is free, I warmheartedly suggest you download DaVinci Resolve.
The latest free version (17) is looking great, and simple. It is being used more and more even by professional Hollywood editors.
The free version does not include FX filters, audio plugins, and advanced HDR grading it scopes, however, unless you are working on a production of a high-end movie that has a budget greater than some countries, you won't need those accessories.
DaVinci Resolve 17 is elegant and very simple, so learning is easy, fast, and fun.
