Excessive Rain

Rainy season is a favourite season to all.Our country is an agricultural country.It's economy depends on agriculture mostly.

Our soil is very fertile and that's why we can harvest good and every kinds of crops in our country.Rain is a must to harvest good crops.

If it does not rain,drought will make the harvest a total waste.The farmers usually water the plants by irrigation.But they can not do that the whole year or the whole fields every day.That is why they have depend on rain for water for their crops.

So,we can understand the importance of rain in this line.

But what if it rains heavily and non-stop?

Rain is of course a blessing for a country like us where a lion's share of economy comes from agriculture.But excessive rainfall can cause bigger problems.

Sometimes it causes flood and destroys the crops of field after field.It can wash away the local low level houses.People suffers much.Many diseases break out in an epidemic form.The farmers lose their hard work of whole year.

So,excessive rainfall is a curse to our country.
