In order to achieve the goal of effective teaching, motivation acting a prominent role in every aspect of learning process. It plays a key role in learning new things. In learning process, the success of learning English is closely linked with the factor of motivation. The learner’s success depends upon the level of motivation that how much the learner is motivated to learn. It has been generally observed that the teachers at Primary level ignore the factor of motivation which results in low achievement of expected goals. All the learners and individuals are different from one another because they possess different levels of motivation. Different variables affect individual learning of second language proficiency level.
