I hope all of you are well and I also well and fit by the grace of Almighty Allah in this epidemic situation of corona..
Are you know that I have already published "Cooking Recipe" part 1 from 8...
Today I gonna to share the "Cooking Recipe" part-9..
I hope all of you were enjoyed my recipes very much..
So let's go to know about the new..👇
Our today's recipe name:Chiken cordon bleu burger..
★Ingredients:
* 2 tsp. vegetable or olive oil, plus more for drizzling
* 4 slices Canadian bacon
* 2 pounds ground chicken breast
* 2 tsp. sweet paprika
* 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
* 2 tsp. grill seasoning
* 1 shallot, finely chopped
* 4 deli slices Swiss cheese
* 2/3 cup mayonnaise
* 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
* 2 tbsp. freshly chopped tarragon leaves, 4 sprigs
* 4 burger buns
* 8 leaves leaf lettuce
* - 1 ripe tomato, thinly sliced
★Cooking Directions:
- Start by preheating a grill pan to medium-high heat. Add 2 tbsp. of oil and Canadian bacon. Caramelize the bacons edges, approx. 1-2 min. on each side. Remove the bacon to a piece of foil and fold the foil over loosely to keep the bacon warm. Combine chicken, paprika, poultry seasoning, grill seasoning and shallot. Divide the chicken mix into 4 evenly sized patties. Drizzle the patties with oil place on the hot grill pan. Cook for approx. 5 min. on each side, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Top the patties with reserved cooked Canadian bacon and Swiss cheese. Cover the pan loosely with tin foil. Turn of the pan and let the cheese melt, approx. 2 min.
- Mix mayonnaise, mustard, tarragon.
- Brush the buns with sauce and place the Cordon Bleu patties on the bun bottoms and top with lettuce and tomato. Top off with the bun tops and serve.

So let's go to know the new recipe..👇
Our today's recipe name:BBQ chiken burger..
★Ingrediants:
* 1 tbsp. butter
* 1 small red onion, ½ finely chopped, ½ thinly sliced
* 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
* 2 tbsp. tomato paste
* 1 tsp. sugar
* 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tbsp. hot sauce
* 1 ¼ pounds ground chicken
* 1 tbsp. grill seasoning
* 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
* 2 tbsp. honey
* 1 lemon, juiced
* 3 rounded tbsp. sweet pickle relish
* 2 cups shredded cabbage mix
* Salt and pepper
- 4 burger buns
★Cooking Directions:
- Start by heating a frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add chopped onions, garlic and tomato paste and cook them for approx. 5 min. to soften and sweeten. Sprinkle in the sugar and remove from heat. Cool in a bowl for 5 min. Add tomato paste mixture, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce to the bowl and mix well.
- Add the ground chicken and grill seasoning to the bowl and form 4 evenly sized patties from the mix.
- Take a frying pan and heat 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties approx. 6 min. on each side.
- Combine the honey, lemon juice and remaining extra-virgin olive oil in a bowl. Add relish, cabbage mix, sliced onions and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Serve the patties on bun bottoms topped with slaw and bun tops..

আচ্ছা তাহলে মূল কথায় আশা যাক।আমরা আনাদের দৈনন্দিন জীবনে অনেক কাজই তো করে থাকি কিন্তু যদি আমরা এই কাজ গুলোকে ভালো ভাবে ভেবে দেখি তাহলে দেখা যায় যে এই কাজগুলোতেও শিক্ষনীয় ও মজাদার অনেক ফ্যাক্ট রয়েছে।আমরা আজকে তেমনি কিছু মজাদার ফ্যাক্ট জানতে চলেছি।আশা করছি ফ্যাক্ট গুলো আপনাদের ভালো লাগবে।
তাহলে চলুন শুরু করা যাক👇👇👇
১-আপেল পছন্দ করে না এমন মানুষ হয়তোবা কমই আছে কিন্তু আপনি কি জানেন আপেলের ৮৪ শতাংশই পানি।
২-আপনি কি জানেন যে চিংড়ি মাছ শুধু পিছনের দিকে সাতার কাটতে পারে।
৩-এখন পর্যন্ত ১২ জন মানুষ চাদেঁ পদার্পণ করেছে।১ম ব্যক্তি হিসেবে নিল আর্মস্ট্রং এবং শেষ ব্যক্তি হিসেবে হ্যারিসন স্মিথ চাদেঁ পদার্পণ করেছিল।
৪-উড়ার জন্য একটি প্রজাপতির দেহের তাপমাত্রা কমপক্ষে ৮৬° ফারেনহাইট বা ৩০° সেলসিয়াস থাকতে হয়।অন্যথায় প্রজাপতি গুলো উড়তে পারে না।
৫-অনকেরই মনে প্রশ্ন জাগে যে নখ কাটলে আমরা ব্যাথা পাই না কেন?এর উত্তর হলো, নখ এক প্রকার মৃত কোষ।যার ফলে নখ কাটলে ব্যাথা অনুভূত হয় না।
৬-আপনি জানলে হয়তো অবাক হবে যে,একটি অক্টোপাসের ৬ টা হৃৎপিন্ড থাকে এবং এর এই ৬ টা হৃৎপিন্ড নিয়ে জীবন-যাপন করে থাকে।
৭-একটি অনুষ্ঠানে চারলি চ্যাপলিন কে দাওয়াত দেওয়া হয় এবং সবাইকে বলা হয় চারলি চ্যাপলিনের মতো সেজে আসতে বলা হয়।যাকে চ্যারলি চ্যাপলিনের মতো লাগবে তাকে পুরষ্কার দেওয়া হবে কিন্তু মজার বিষয় হলো এই যে,এই অনুষ্ঠানে চ্যারলি চ্যাপলিন অংশগ্রহণ করেছিলেন এবং তিনি তৃতীয় স্থান দখল করেছিলেন।

Our today's recipe name: Chicken Sandwich Casserole
★Overview:
"These are excellent! You can also follow this same recipe and vary the sandwich filling, using ham and broccoli or grilled cheese instead. I've used many different combinations of fillings, from tuna to hamburger, and they're all great. It's a fun recipe to experiment with!"
★Ingredients:
-12 slices white bread, lightly toasted
-4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
-1/2 cup chopped celery
-1/2 cup chopped onion
-4 eggs, beaten
-1 cup mayonnaise
-2 cups milk
-salt and pepper to taste
-1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
-1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
★Instructions:
1. Place 6 slices of the toasted bread in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the chicken, celery and onion on top of the bread, then cover with the other 6 slices of toasted bread.
2. In a medium bowl mix together the beaten eggs, mayonnaise, milk and salt and pepper to taste. Pour this mixture over the sandwiches, then top with soup; cover baking dish and refrigerate overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
4. Bake dish, covered, at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 45 minutes; remove cover, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for another 30 minutes, uncovered. Remove from oven and let cool and set for 10 minutes before serving..

Our today's recipe name: BBQ Chicken and Bacon Bread
★Overview:
"Great for tailgating or the football parties! Ingredient amounts (peppers, cheese) can be altered to personal preference."
★Ingredients:
-1 egg
-1/4 cup water
-3 cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, chopped
-6 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled
-1 small green bell pepper, chopped
-1-1/2 cups honey barbecue sauce, divided
-1 (8 ounce) package shredded
-Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend, divided
-all-purpose flour for rolling
-1 (11.5 ounce) can refrigerated crusty French loaf dough
★Instructions:
1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Whisk egg and water; set aside..
2. Combine chicken, bacon, bell pepper, 1 cup barbecue sauce, and 1 cup of shredded cheese blend. The barbecue sauce should coat the meat; if the mixture is too dry, add more sauce..
3. Unroll dough on smooth, clean, well-floured surface, and spread or roll out to 1/4 inch thick, keeping rectangular shape. Spread the chicken mixture down the middle of the dough. Top the mixture with more barbecue sauce and the rest of the cheese. Fold one side of dough over mixture. Brush egg wash on edge of folded dough; then fold over other side of dough, sealing with egg wash. Seal both ends of loaf well with egg wash and brush it over the top of the bread..
4. Carefully place the bread on a greased baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 25 to 35 minutes. Cool slightly before slicing..

কেমন আছেন সবাই..??
আশা করছি সকলেই ভালো আছেন এবং আল্লাহর রহমতে আমিও ভালো আছি।
★আমাদের চারপাশে যা কিছু রয়েছে তা নিয়েই আমাদের পরিবেশ অর্থাৎ এদেরকেই আমরা পরিবেশ বলে থাকি।ওই পরিবেশের এক অঅন্যতম প্রয়োজনীয় উপাদানের নাম হলো গাছ।গাছ আমাদের অনেক উপকার করে থাকে কিন্তু আমরা কি গাছ কে তার সঠিক পর্যবেক্ষণ করতে সক্ষম হচ্ছি..?? সেই দিকে আমাদের বিশেষ খেয়াল রাখা উচিৎ।
★বিজ্ঞানের মতে গাছের জীবন রয়েছে কিন্তু তা কতটুকু সত্যি তা আমি জানি না।গাছের প্রাণ থাকুক বা না থাকুক,ইহা সত্য যে গাছ আমাদেত পরিবেশের ভারসাম্য রক্ষার ক্ষেত্রে খুব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখে।আমরা বাচবার জন্য অক্সিজেন এক অপরিহার্য জিনিসের নাম।আমরা গাছ হতে পাওয়া অক্সিজেন গ্রহণ করি এবং কার্বনডাইঅক্সাইড ত্যাগ করি।সেই কার্বনডাইঅক্সাইড গাছ গ্রহণ করার মাধ্যমে আমাদের পরিবেশের ভারসাম্য রক্ষায় সাহায্য করে।গাছ যদি কার্বনডাইঅক্সাইড গ্রহণ না করতো তবে আমাদের বায়ুমন্ডল বিষাক্ত গ্যাসে ভরপুর হয়ে যেতো।শুধু ইহাই নয়,গাছ আমাদের আরো অনেক সাহায্য করে থাকে যেমনঃ ফলমূল,সবজি,ধান এবং ধান থেকে চাউল ইত্যাদি।এছাড়াও গাছ আমাদের ছায়া দিয়ে থাকে,তাই গাছের ভূমিকা আমাদের জীবনে অপরিসীম।গাছ শুধু মানব জাতিকে নয়,গাছ বিভিন্ন পশু-পাখিদেরও সাহায্য করে থাকে তাদের জীবন ধারনের ক্ষেত্রে।গাছের ফল খেয়ে অনেক পশু-পাখি বেচে থাকে।তাদের সুন্দর জীবন অতিবাহিত করে।গাছের ফলমূল খেয়ে অনেক পোকামাকড় জীবন ধারন করে থাকে।এছাড়া হয়তোবা এরা খাবার সংকটে মারা যাবে।
★সর্বপরি,আমি বলতে চাই যে আমাদের উচিৎ অনেক বেশি বেশি গাছান লাগানো।পরিবেশের ভারসাম্য রক্ষার ক্ষেত্রে ইহা আমাদের এক অত্যাবশ্যক কাজ।গাছের জন্যে আমরা সকলেই উপকৃত হচ্ছি তাই আমাদের উচিৎ গাছের সঠিকভাবে যত্ন নেওয়া।আমাদের কখনোই এলোমেলো ভাবে গাছ কেটে ফেলা উচিৎ নয়।আমাদের ইহা মনে রাখতে হবে যে একটি ছোট গাছও আমাদের পরিবেশের ভারসাম্য রক্ষায় সাহায্য করে থাকে।তাই গাছের প্রতি যত্নবান হওয়া সকলেরই একান্ত জরুরি।আমি মনে করি আমাদের উচিৎ,শুধু বৃক্ষরুপন সপ্তাহে নয় প্রতিনিওয়তই গাছ লাগানোর অভ্যাস গড়ে তোলা। এতে আমাদের পরিবেশের ভারসাম্য ঠিক থাকবে এবং আমাদের জীবন-যাপন হয়ে উঠবে আরো অনেক সুন্দর।গাছের প্রয়োজন সম্পর্কে লিখতে গেলে আরো অনেক কিছু লিখা যায় তবে আমি চাই এখানেই আমার আর্টিকেল লেখা শেষ করতে।

Whether a tree has life or not, it is true that trees play a very important role in maintaining the balance of our environment. Oxygen is one of the essential things for us to survive. And we give up carbon dioxide. That carbon dioxide helps maintain the balance of our environment by taking in trees. If trees did not take in carbon dioxide, our atmosphere would be filled with toxic gases. Not only that, trees help us a lot more Rice and rice from paddy etc. Trees also provide us with shade, so the role of trees in our lives is immense. Trees not only help the human race, but also the various animals and birds in their livelihood. They have a beautiful life. Many insects live by eating the fruits of the tree. Besides, they may die in the food crisis.
After all, I want to say that we should plant more and more trees. This is one of our vital tasks in maintaining the balance of the environment. Season is a special segment of the year which is determined on the basis of a particular formula. The seasons of the year are divided based on the local weather. In most of the countries of the world, spring, summer, autumn and winter are the four main seasons. Bengali year starts with summer. Summer is also called the hero of all seasons. Yes, with the advent of summer, the nature of Bengal becomes rough. At this time, the weather is dry and hot. In unbearable sun heat, the water of rivers and canals decreases; The fields and ghats burst into chauchi. The green, fresh color of the tree fades in the scorching sun.At this time, everything turned upside down again in the strong wind of Kalbaishakhi. Suddenly, black clouds fluttered in the sky, lightning flashed, and lightning flashed. Then storms and rain. Nature plays with different colors. Autumn is one of the favourite season of mine..In this season we hear the wonderful call of birds.Bird's are signing every time from happily..I like this very much..
Dark blue sky, golden sunshine, raft of white clouds floating like cotton from north to north, white cashew flowers swaying in the gentle wind along the river, white buck, wings of birds fluttering their wings like a garland touching the bright blue of the sky Flying, black dahuk with baby cotton in the bamboo bush, fish hunter sitting in the jarul tree by the big pond, boat floating in the river with small waves in the wind, enchanting moonlit night, magical atmosphere, fireflies flying through the darkness, floating on the living plants all around. Mild Wind, Shiuli, Kamini, Hasnahena, Dolanchampa, Belly, Chatim, Plum, Shapla, Jarul, Rangana, Togar, Radhachura, Madhumanjuri, Shwetakanchan, Mallika, Madhabi, Kamini, Nayantara, Dhutra, Kalma, Sthan, Kaln, , The wind wafting with the scent of various unnamed flowers including the jubilee, the raindrops in the midst of the whiteness around, the sun again at the end of the rain, the rainbow bursting with a sataranga smile across the horizon.
