Boishakhi Mela Hello everyone..!! How are you all..?? It’s me @Imran once again with a new article.. I hope all of you are well by the grace of Almighty Allah and I also well by the grace of Almighty Allah.. Now I wanna to say something about our one of the beautiful festival "Baishakhi Mela".. I hope you enjoy this very much.. So let's start 👇👇 Baishakhi mela is the fair which is held on the very first day of the Bengali month to celebrate the beginning of the Bengali new year.Many kinds of fair are held in our country in different seasons.Baishakhi mela is one of them.This fair is connected with our old culture and heritage.This fair is held throughout the country.This fair os an occasion of great hoy and merriment.People enjoy themselves very much on this day.People of all ages and all religious put on their best dresses and go to the fair.In the fair handicrafts,potteries,various kinds of sweets etc are found available which bear the symbol of our culture.There are also circus parties and merry go round.Each and everybody buys these things.Children buy flutes,sweet etc.They enjoy most.This fair has a special attraction for the people of the capital city.They wear payjama and punjabi,go to the Ramna Batmul early in the morning.There they take panta rice with dried pepper.They pass the hole day in great joy and forget the sufferings of the life for the time being.. ★Atlast I wanna to say that this is an unforgotten day and fair too.. Cooking recipe (part-5) Hello everyone..!! This is @Imran once again with a new article of recipe.. How are you all..?? I hope all of you are well by the grace of Almighty Allah and I'm also well by the grace of allah.. Today I wanna to share a new photography with all of you.. So let's start..👇👇 Our today's recipes name "Instant Coffee Cake with Coffee.." ★Ingredients Required: -100g self-raising flour -100g caster sugar -100g butter -2 eggs, beaten -2 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 2 tbsp of water -For the syrup -100ml water -1 tbsp coffee -4 tbsp sugar -For the coffee sauce -50g caster sugar -1 tbsp instant coffee -3 tbsp golden syrup -50ml water -125ml evaporated milk ★Directions to Prepare: *.Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a 23cm cake tin. *.Beat butter until light and fluffy with electric beaters. Add sugar and beat for another minute. *.Gradually add the beaten eggs, and coffee and water, alternating with the self-raising flour and beating until the mixture is smooth and light. Pour into prepared cake tin. *.Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. *.Place all the syrup ingredients in a pan and heat until the sugar has dissolved. Prick holes all over the cake and spoon the coffee syrup over the cake while still warm. *.For the coffee sauce; mix all the ingredients and heat until the sugar dissolves. *.Serve cake with the warm coffee sauce. ★I hope all of you were enjoyed this article.. ★Thanks For Reading..❤❤

কিছু মজাদার সাইকোলজিক্যাল ফ্যাক্ট#২ আসসালামু আলাইকুম.. আশা করছি সকলেই ভালো আছেন।আমিও আল্লাহর রহমতে ভালো আছি। আমি আজকে আপনাদের সাথে কিছু মজাদার সাইকোলজিক্যাল ফ্যাক্ট নিয়ে কথা বলতে যাচ্ছি। আশা করছি পার্ট-১ আপনাদের ভালো লেগেছে।আজকে পার্ট-২ শেয়ার করবো। তাহলে চলুন শুরু করা যাক👇👇 ★একজন মানুষের মাথায় ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে অর্থাৎ ১ দিনে গড়ে তিন হাজার চিন্তা আসে।তারমানে আমরা একদিনে প্রায় তিন হাজার ভাবনা ভেবে থাকি। ★সাইকোলজির একটি রিসার্চে পাওয়া গেছে যে,আপনি যখন কারো সাথে রাগ না করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেন অর্থাৎ কেও আপনাকে রাগানোর চেষ্টা করলেও আপনি রাগবেন না।তার অর্থ হলো এই যে আপনি আপনার ব্রেইন কে রিওয়্যার করছেন।এই রিওয়্যার এর ফলে আমাদের ব্রেইন অনেক শান্ত এবং লাভিং হতে শুরু করে।একবার চেষ্টা করে নাহয় দেখুন। ★আপনি কি জানেন কারো মৃত্যুর পর ৭ মিনিট যাবত তার ব্রেইন জীবিত বা সচল থাকে।সাইকোলজিস্ট দের মতে তখন সেই ব্যক্তি তার লাইফে করা কাজ গুলোকে দেখতে পায়।তাই আমাদের উচিৎ সর্বদা ভালো কাজে লিপ্ত থাকা। ★প্রতিনিয়ত অনেকেরই ব্রেকাপ হয়,এতে সেই ব্যক্তি তার মনে অনেক কষ্ট অনুভব করে।কিন্তু আপনি কি জানেন এর ফলে সেই ব্যক্তির মৃত্যুও হতে পারে।একে মেডিকেলের ভাষায় একে "STRESS CARDIOMYOPATHY" বলা হয়ে থাকে। তাই ব্রেকাপ হলে একা না থেকে নিজেকে সবসময়ই বিভিন্ন কাজে ব্যস্ত রাখা উচিত। ★আপনি যখন পড়াশোনা বা কোনো কাজ করতে করতে খুব ক্লান্ত হয়ে যান তখন আপনি ৮ মিনিটের জন্য একটু বিশ্রাম নিতে পারেন।যার ফলশ্রুতিতে আপনি আবার আগের মতোই রিফ্রেশ ফিল করবেন।আপনার কাজে মনোযোগ হারানোর সম্ভাবনাও কম থাকবে এবং আপনি যেকোন কাজ অনেক ভালো ভাবে করতে পারবেন। আশা করছি আপনার কাছে আমার লিখাটি ভালো লেগেছে।অবশ্য এই ফ্যাক্ট গুলো আমার কাছে ভালো লেগেছে তাই আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করলাম। আপনার মূল্যবান মন্তব্যের অপেক্ষায় থাকলাম। ধন্যবাদ পড়ার জন্য।সবসময় পাশে থাকুন❤❤❤

Cooking recipe(part-4) Hello everyone..!! This is @Imran once again with a new article of recipe.. How are you all..?? I hope all of you are well by the grace of Almighty Allah and I'm also well by the grace of allah.. Today I wanna to share a new photography with all of you.. So let's start..👇👇 Our today's recipes name "Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana Cake.." ★Ingredients Required: -8 tablespoons butter, softened -4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter -1 1/2 cups powdered sugar -1/2 mashed banana Cake -1/2 cup creamy peanut butter -3 bananas, mashed -2 tablespoons vegetable oil -1/2 cup water (more if needed) -2 large eggs -2 tablespoons cocoa powder -1 (18 3/4 ounce) package devil's food cake mix (without pudding) -1/2 cup chopped peanuts -Garnish -2 tablespoons peanuts, chopped medium fine -dried banana pieces ★Directions to Prepare: FROSTING: With an electric mixer beat together the butter and peanut butter until smooth. Slowly mix/beat in the powdered sugar and milk until frosting reaches a spreadable consistency. Add mashed banana and mix thoroughly (it's okay if it has small lumps of banana in it. Chill until needed. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 2 9" round pie pans with bakers ease (or grease and flour pans). Set aside. CAKE: In a medium bowl and with an electric mixer, beat the peanut butter, sliced banana, oil and water together on medium speed until mostly smooth or only a few very small pieces of banana are visible. On low speed beat in the egg, cocoa powder and the cake mix. Increase speed to medium-high and beat for 1 minute or until batter is well blended, adding more water if needed (batter will be thick). If using, gently fold in peanuts. Spoon an equal amount of batter into each round, Bake on center rack for 15-20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center of cakes comes out clean. Cool on rack. Remove frosting from fridge while cake is cooling. Frost cake when ready. Sprinkle the top and/or sides with an even amount of the chopped peanuts. Garnish the top of with a dried banana chip for each slice. Refrigerate until serving. Note, you can also make cupcakes or a sheetcake if you choose. Keep refrigerated. Today I wanna to share cooking recipe part-3.. Are you ready for taste it..?? So,no more talk..let's start👇👇 Today's recipe name Corn Husk Chiken.. ★Ingredients.. - corn Husk Chicken-- - 1-1/2 pound chicken thighs boneless and skinless - 1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper - 2 medium corn on the cobbs - as needed corn Husk - rub---- - 1 tablespoon ground annatto powder - 1 tablespoon salt - 1 tablespoon smoked ground paprika - 1 tablespoon granulated garlic powder - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper - 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar - 1 tablespoon saffron flowers-lime--- - 2 medium limes ★ Method: 1- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit 2- Wash the corn husk 3- Remove the corn from the cobb. 4- Take the chicken cut into strips coat each piece. 5- Wrap the chicken, yellow pepper, and corn in corn husk. Tie them up on each end using some of the corn husk. 6- Set on a baking sheet and bake till done. For around 40-45 minutes. 7- These are done 8- Serve with a wedge of lime. I Hope you were enjoyed .. I want to write something about this. Feeling happy with a lot of interest, starting any work and finishing the work without the slightest annoyance is called encouragement towards the work ....... Enthusiasm is good, not bad, but some people say it's too bad. They say wrong, yes they say wrong ,,,, because, if you do something, it can be wrong, failure can come, but those who do nothing at all, there is nothing wrong with them, nothing good can ever come from them ,,,,, They can't bring victory. But those who start working with enthusiasm and stick to it despite making mistakes over and over again, one day or another, a big victory comes ..... They win the battle of life. That’s why enthusiasm should never be underestimated by “too much”. Either too much or too much encouragement is needed. In short, the work requires a lot of encouragement. Reading as a child, "If you can't do it once, look at it a hundred times", you have to continue working with the same enthusiasm as in the line of that poem .... Today I want write something new..Today I wanna to share with you a delicious recipe.. This is my 2nd article about recipe and I wanna to write a recipe of chiken because I love to eat chiken very much..So no more talk..Let's go for know a new recipe..👇👇👇 This recipes name is Chiken kafta.. Ingredients : - 1 bunch rainbow swisschard - 2 grey shallots - 2 lb extra lean ground chicken - 4-5 teaspoon baharat spice mix - to taste fresh ground black pepper ★Method: 1- Finely chop the swisschard, leafs and stems. 2- Finely chop the grey shallots. 3- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended. 4- Shape meat mix into 4 large sausages and slide on skewers. 5- Cook on bbq at medium/high heat for 15 minutes or until fully cooked, turning often, making sure they are golden brown on all sides. 6- Serve with grilled vegetables, hot naan or pita bread and tzaziki type sauce. 7- Enjoy! Cooking Recipe(part-1) Hello Everyone..!! This is @Imran once again with something new..!! How are you all..?? I hope all of you are well by the grace of Almighty Allah and I'm also fit and fine by the grace of Almighty Allah.. Today I want write something new..Today I wanna to share with you a delicious recipe.. This is my first article about recipe and I wanna to write a recipe of chiken because I love to eat chiken very much..So no more talk..Let's go for know a new recipe..👇👇👇 This recipes name is oven teriyaki chiken.. ★Ingrediants -2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs - cut into wide strips - 3/4 cup granulated sugar - 2/3 cup soy sauce - 1/4 cup honey - 3 tbs rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar - 2 tsp sesame oil - 3 cloves garlic - minced - 2 tbs cornstarch - 2 tbs cold water - 2 cups steamed broccoli (optional) ★Method 1- Preheat oven to 400°F. Add all ingredients except chicken and broccoli to a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently. Simmer until sauce thickens to a glaze like consistency. 2- Place chicken pieces in an oven safe dish. When sauce is ready pour over chicken. Stir to coat and spread out into an even layer. Place in oven. Bake 30-35 minutes uncovered. 3- Remove from oven. Let rest 5-10 minutes. Serve over rice with broccoli and enjoy!
