Make crispy dalpuri at home

Flour - 2 cups
Salt- to taste
Oil - 1 tablespoon

Lentils - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - as needed
Dried chillies - a few (taken)
Take cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Dried chilli powder- a little
Preparation method
Take the dried chilli powder. Boil the pulses with a little water and salt. When the water is almost dry, stir in the cumin powder, chilli powder and coriander leaves. When the water is completely dry, take it down.
Make a dough by mixing oil and salt with flour and a little water. Do not soften the dough, it will be a little hard. Leave it for half an hour. Then tear off a small part and spread it with your fingers. Seal the dough with 1 teaspoon of dal filling. Do not roll from all sides, take sand from either side. Heat oil and fry. Serve hot.
