So Let's go for know something about Mashrafe..👇👇

Mashrafe Bin Mortuza (born 5 October 1983) is a Bangladeshi cricketer and politician who was the former Test, ODI and T20 captain of the Bangladesh national cricket team and is currently a Member of Parliament from Narail-2 constituency. He is one of the top 100 athletes in the world in the "World Fame 100" conducted by ESPN. He is the 5th bowler to take 100 wickets in ODIs as a captain.

★Career:

Mortuza is one of the most successful pace bowlers in Bangladesh. With his aggressive, fast bowling in the Under-19 team, he caught the eye of former West Indies fast bowler Andy Roberts, who was then the team's acting bowling coach. On Roberts' advice, Mashrafe was included in the Bangladesh A team. [10]

Mashrafe got a chance to represent Bangladesh in the national team after playing only one match for Bangladesh A team. He made his Test debut against Zimbabwe on November 8, 2001 at the Bangabandhu National Stadium. [11] Khaled Mahmood also made his debut in the same match. The match remained unresolved due to rain. However, Mashrafe made his debut in his debut with 4 wickets for 108 runs. Grant Flower was his first victim. [12] Interestingly, it was also Mashrafe's first first-class match. He is the 31st player to have this rare feat and the third since 1899. Mashrafe made his ODI debut on November 23 of the same year with Fahim Muntasir and Tushar Imran. In his debut match, he opened the bowling with Mohammad Sharif and took 2 wickets for 26 runs in 6 overs with 2 balls to spare. [13]

He suffered a knee injury during his personal third Test against England. This forced him to stay out of cricket for almost two years. He had success in the second Test against England. After taking 4 wickets for 60 runs, he got injured in the knee again. He was forced to stay out of the field for almost a year.

During the 2004 match against India, Rahul Dravid was bowled out for an off-stump ball and he announced his return to form. In that series, he bowled consistently and created opportunities for Tendulkar and Ganguly to get out. However, he did not get a wicket due to the failure of the fielders. He was the hero of an unforgettable win against India in a one-day international of the series.

He bowled well in the 2007 Test series against England. His average was the best among Bangladeshi bowlers. He contributed to the dramatic win against Australia in Cardiff. He bowled out Adam Gilchrist for zero and gave up just 33 runs in ten overs.

Historically, there was a shortage of good pace bowlers in Bangladesh. Bangladesh had an international standard spinner like Mohammad Rafique but no significant pace bowler. Mashrafe filled that void in Bangladesh

In the 2007 cricket calendar year, Mashrafe was the world's leading wicket-taker in ODIs. He has taken 49 wickets so far.

Mortuza played a key role in India's unforgettable win over India in the 2006 Cricket World Cup. He took 4 wickets for 36 runs. Mashrafe also played a role in the World Cup warm-up match against New Zealand.

Mashrafe is known as the "Narail Express" to Bangladesh's fastest bowlers and supporters.

Mashrafe is a marquee batsman. He hit four sixes in a row in the second ODI against India in Dhaka. He scored 26 runs from that over which is the highest run record in a single over for a Bangladeshi batsman.

Mashrafe has been ruled out of the team due to 11 injuries in his 18-year career. Injury snatched the 2011 World Cup from him. In the third match of the 2017 Rocket Bangladesh-England ODI series, he collected 2 wickets and took a total of 217 wickets, making himself the highest wicket taker in Bangladesh ODIs.

He retired from the international T20 game on April 8, 2016 with the last T20 of the Bangladesh v Sri Lanka series. Mashrafe, known as Mash on the field, is the first Bangladeshi cricketer to retire as captain.

Mashrafe was elected a Member of Parliament for the Bangladesh Awami League from the Narail-2 constituency in the Eleventh Parliamentary Elections held in 2016. [14] However, the example of joining politics directly while continuing to play professionally is not new among athletes around the world. Among the cricketers, Sri Lanka's Sanath Jayasuriya participated in and won the 2010 elections in Sri Lanka before retiring from international cricket.

Above all,Love you Mashrafe..❤❤
