So let's start discussion about protein..👇👇
First of all..What is protein?
Protein is essential of one of those there micronutrients that we should have in our meals
★5 Good Sources of Protein..
1.) Chicken but it should have no skin
Chicken skin adds calories and fat to it and it is not that healthy. It is kinda sad because I really love chicken skin especially in Fried Chicken and Adobo.
Chicken without skin is really good source of protein but chicken with skin are good for source or carbohydrates.
2.) Fish except Tilapia
According to nutrionist of my papa, Tilapia has High Inflammatory Levels and it is prone to diseases.
This one is my favorite fish but we should avoid it now. I am really sad.
3.) All green Leafy Vegetables
All leaft vegetables can give as good source of protein avoid eating squash because it has lot of source or carbohydrates.
4.) Peanut
Peanuts is the most abundant of protein and in carbThe peanut itself not the peanut butter because peanut butter is mixed with some ingredients. Just the real and pure peanut.
5.) Boiled egg
Boiled egg is good source of protein it has small amoutn of carbohyrates. The advice of nutrionist you must eat it 2 hours before or after eating carbohydrates food. So it will be balance.
