Do you know today world mental health day ?

In our society we are not conscious about mental health.If you said that mentally i am not okay . Then People are thinking that maybe you are mad .

Mental problem mean not about madness . Sometimes we feel depressed , we are deeply scare , Or most of the time we are in bad mood etc. That's not mean you'r mad . That time you need support , you need counseling .

Sometimes Physically you are good but mentally not.For stress , Various problem or any accident It's common to upset your mind .

But Some people can't overcome from it . And day by day when it's become barrier of their daily life that time they need counseling . We have to take care our physical health as well mental health too.

But most of the time we feel depression. If we fail at something then we suffer from depression. It is very harmful to our health, which causes us to break down physically and mentally which in turn has an adverse effect on our future life.

So we should try to know some thing about depression:

Depression is the major second problem of peoples health worldwide. So, we cannot take the issue as underestimation because it is such a problem where patients don't want to share their experience even they don't go to their psychologist for their problem or to share with their friends and family. And a report says that about 6% of suicidal cases have this great reason for the patient because the victim used to take such bad decision being helpless gradually for longer periods. That's why now our topic will help to know about it and it's causes.

So, Actually, What is depression?

How does it appear and usually when it occurs to someone's life?

Depression is a condition of lower mood and it happens usually to everyone's life. Let's describe it.

Anxiety, feeling sad or sorrow, losing something mostly wanted, ignorant by somebody, losing career, feeling helpless and hopeless and some daily characters which usually pass in our life and when it showed some changes to our life for a longer time, Only At that time we can say that it is depression.

Though, it will be tough for you to find your changes in your life style but your colleague, your friends or family members will be able to find out your problem but You won't take that positively because they will be like your envy at that time and you will feel that you are helpless.

You also could feel it that gradually,you are losing your appetite and your sleep won't be normal because you are not running in the right track. Sometimes, you could feel that you are unable to pay your attention to your work and you could be loser I you are doing a creative job.

A great change will be on your life because you behavior will not cool with others as you will be felt exhausted all times. You seemed to be a tired while talking with others and after passing the conversation period you will feel that you really made a rude behave and you will be sorry by your own. And you will be felt guilty and that's why you will try to hide yourself from your friends and family.

Because of you could think that you have a responsibility to your family and it's your sin that you are becoming rude to your friends and family. Sometimes, you will be suggested by your closest person that it is a usual matter and you need to wait and it will be automatically solved but that dreaming day will not appear

Some people could suggest you to cry and cry is the best way to remove your depression but You will make your source empty of tears but your depression will not make you free from it.

May be, we are talking a lot about the symptoms of depression but we need the solution now. Right? May be yes. Because I'm also excited to share some of my opinions to your to erase your depression

But before going there, I'm going to share my surrounded condition of peoples who are living in Bangladesh.

WHO statistics 2017 says that, about 4.4% of the population of Bangladesh is living with depression along with some other common mental disorders.

The amount of 4.4% is not a short number. And the most anxious fact is we take this as a normal characteristic and make it running for longer to longer periods. Our environment and our condition of society don't support it to share with others. We just keep it to our own and make it difficult and pursue it for longer period. But now it's time to talk about with your family, friend even to your colleague or to your teacher.

Yes, now we are going to get something which will help us to erase the word depression from our life. But we should also keep in mind that we are human being and ups and downs are very normal for our life. We could feel uneasy, we could feel sadness, we could feel anxious, we could feel hopeless because of our failure and all these are very normal. But if these problems go on with you for longer period than you must go to a psychologists or take steps to remove it from your life.

I'm telling some tips which you could do to make your life free from such depression for longer period. Then, Here is this:

# On the first, I'll mention here to have a sound sleep.

A sound sleep can make yourself refreshed for the whole day. You could face all the stress or work pressure or any hard working risk having a refreshed mind.

Every adult should sleep for 7-8 hours daily for becoming a fresh minded guy for the whole day. Some people used to sleep in the day time but all scientific study says that sleeping in he night make everyone keeping a refreshed brain for the whole day without any depression. .

We all know it very well that "Health is Wealth" and foods are keeping a great role to our health. Nutritional foods are must needed to keep you healthy. When you will be sick and If that continued for long times then you could be depressed for it. So, keeping yourself with eating nutritional foods along with enough vegetables and fruits will make you free from depression.

# Pass times with your family:

You could be busy for your job or for your study or for other personal reason but try to manage some times for your family. If possible take lance, dinner with them. Talk with them about family. This will help you free from stress or depression.

# Take failure as just a stage of life:

You could be failure many times, you could be seemed lazy by others, others could call you mad. Our 7% of young generation are facing depression because of failing to get their job. So, we should all keep patience and should do hard work and if failure comes to us then we should do work more harder and make it possible to become winner. And this mentality of facing all kinds of failure will make depressed free life.

  • # Don't care to speech others.

Specially, In Bangladesh, our surrounded people always make us failure by their negative thoughts to us rather inspiring us. This is our problem. We feel more problem when we used to do something innovative, we face more negative comments and insult even we face sometimes from our friends. So, what we should do for this is to focus on our dream and should do it to make it fulfilled. Don't care to others comments to become depressed.

  • #Talk with your friends daily

How much busy you are.Share your whole day activities to them. Talk and laugh with them. It will make you refreshed and depression free.

Write your whole day activities and all your thoughts and sadness to your daily. It really works very good to make you depression free in life.

  • # Go to psychologist

if you think that your problem is going on for long time. Don't feel hesitated to go to a psychologist because it's your duty to care for your mental health. You should take care of your mental health. Because your talks / speeches with other will represent you to others.
