Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Now I discuss the benefits of some special fruits and food and their effectiveness in our body.so lets go-

Here i will write some benefits of having dragon fruit regularly.Lets go -

To eat regularly it helps to control blood sugar or glucose.what is essential for diabetics patient.

It contains fiber what is good for stomach and liver disease.

It helps to remove blood deficiency in order to have Iron. Iron is essential for human body specially wemen we know that.

It shells is lubricates / slippery what removes constipated.

It is very juicy . For that reason, it also decrease water deficiency.

By regular eating this fruit we can keep our heart, bone and that well.

Due to having Vitamin C it increases our health immunity.

It is great source of anti oxidant fresh and remove impressions of age / wrinkle face.
