At first I come what is Nobel prize?

There are six international prizes which is awarded annually in physics, chemistry, psychology or medicine, literature, Economics and the promotion of Peace.That prizes called nobel prize. It was first awarded in 1901.

Why is nobel prize given?

The Nobel Prize is given to those who, during the preceding year, shall have conferred the greatest benefit on mankind '. Prizes in physics, chemistry, physiology or medicine, literature and peace.

Now I will discuss who won the Nobel Prize in psychology in 2020.

The Nobel Assembly at Karolinska Institutet has decided to award the 2020 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine jointly to Harvey J. Alter, Michael Houghton and Charles M. Rice "for the discovery of Hepatitis C virus.

"This year's Nobel Prize is awarded to three scientists who have made a decisive contribution to the fight against blood - borne hepatitis, a major global health problem that causes cirrhosis and liver cancer in people around the world.

Harvey J. Alter, Michael Houghton and Charles M. Rice made seminal discoveries that led to the identification of a novel virus, Hepatitis C virus. Prior to their work, the discovery of the Hepatitis A and B viruses had been critical steps forward, but the majority of blood-borne hepatitis cases remained unexplained. The discovery of Hepatitis C virus revealed the cause of the remaining cases of chronic hepatitis and made possible blood tests and new medicines that have saved millions of lives.

Nobel Prize in physics this year:

Three great people have won the Nobel Prize in physics this year. They are Roger Penrose, Reinhard Genzel and Andrea Ghez.

At the age of 89, Roger Penrose received the Nobel Prize for his hard work and research. After Einstein, he has made an outstanding contribution to relativism.

On the other hand, Reinhard Ganzel and Andrea Ghez won the Nobel Prize for discovering a huge supermassive object in the center of our Galaxy.

Andrea Ghez is the fourth woman in the world who won the Nobel Prize in physics.
