If you already watched Besson's movie "Lucy" you probably know what this theory really all about. It is believed that humans only use 10% of our brain capacity. Which means out of Billions of Neurons, 10% of them are only working.

Humans already created all of the amazing technology available right now. Imagine what else can we do if we use 100% of our potential. In the movie you can do every impossible things just by activating out brain to its maximum potential like accessing the internet using brain or makes the car or human fly by just looking at them.

Unfortunately we can only leave it at our imagination. In the movie, Lucy has been able to activate her brain to its maximum potential by using a special drug. Even we managed to recreate that drugs in real life, it is not guaranteed to be successful. According to theories, even we manage to activate our brain to atleast 30% our body will just collapse. Out body just can't handle all neural activities. You will just experience severe seizure that can damage our brain and may results to death.

This theory may only be remain as theory right now. But who knows, maybe in the future we managed to put that theory into reality and dominate the entire galaxy with it.
