1) you purchase organic fruits and veggies
2) if you eat meat, it is organic, wild caught, hormone-free, and doesn't contain artificial flavours
3) you juice everyday
4) walking, yoga, and mild exercise is part of your daily activities
5) you send out thank you cards regularly
6) you read self-help, motivational and how-to books often
7) you own a juicer, a vita mix blender, a good water filtration system
