Activities that are sexual sin include the following:
Sex before marriage: the is fornication (Hebrew 13:4).
Sex with another person apart from one's spouse. This adultery
Sex with a family member e.g brother, sister, cousins, nephew , father, it is called incest (Lev 18:6).
Sex with animals.it is called bestiality (Lev 18:23).
Lustful thought (Matt 5:27-28)
Pornography pictures and film
Deliberate looking at the nakedness of the opposite sex.
Sexual fantasy.
Self induced masturbation.
Sex with children.
Rape.
Watching the sexual activities of others or their nakedness. This is voyeurism. Be watchful if their is any one of this point in your life, try as much as possible to remove it. Bless You
There is one sin you have mentioned I think is considerable since it is motivated not by lust but by a sickness which is the self masturbation. There are few who are mentally sick have to show their actions in front of women just to satisfy oneself, but they are not rapist, will not harm women, after what they have done they were ashame. So, does this sick individual be punishable or have he commit sexual sin?
